The hotel was clean, shower pressure was good and staff were helpful. If you have a room that looks out onto main road, you will need ear plugs, extremely noisy at night with sirens and traffic. Hotel bar is expensive, but there are plenty of more reasonable priced places nearby. Sloth cafe up the road does great coffee and breakfast options. There was a light on the air con unit in the hotel room which was irritating to sleep with - we covered it over with plasters. Good location, great for a long weekend away.
Convenient hotel for most amenities. Easy to get to via bus from airport ( to Westbanhof ).Excellent breakfast.Staff were helpful , shower in room excellent despite being on the 8th floor. very efficient lifts. Good locked room to leave luggage in before departure

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
Free Child Places cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated.
