the hotel was adequate for what we needed, it is a bit far from the main attractions but we found the rail link near by which was easily accessible and it was a 30min walk if you wanted to the main shopping centre.

We stayed here as a couple of friends on a city break. The hotel is a 5 minute walk away from the Pilgrimgasse underground station and is in easy reach of all the lovely attractions Vienna has to offer. The hotel has a young, party/ club vibe and obviously prides itself in its unique style. I think this is where they’re going wrong. They had hired the “bar” out to a corporate company to host their Christmas party, leaving its hotel guests with quite considerable disruption until 2 am. They did leave us earplugs and biscuits on our beds. The hotel was also extremely warm, being on the first floor we opened the window only to allow the party guests smoke inside. The beds are comfy, however with really thin pillows. The staff were friendly and slightly too attentive in the morning clearing our fresh coffee we’d prepared. I’m not sure, maybe concentrate on being good at one thing rather than average at the other.

Quirky hotel situated a 15 minute walk from the centre of Vienna, and about 5 minutes from the nearest U-bahn station. Rooms very clean. Interesting decor. Breakfast offered a wide range of choices (buffet style). Evening meals perfectly good, particularly when you arrive late evening. Only niggle was the lack of tea making facilities in the room. Something we English expect but maybe not the done thing in Austria.

The four of us were very satisfied with the accommodation and with the staff in general. We would recommend that visitors buy passes for local transport as it was a half hour walk from Karlsplatz. There were plenty of good restaurants near the hotel

Hotel not too far from city centre and many of must see attractions. Staff friendly, breakfasts very good and plentiful. could find nothing amiss during our week stay! willbe back to Vienna - best city have ever visited and will book Pentahotel next time.

Great location.7 min. walk to underground the 2 stops into State Opera House where all the hop on hop off buses start, or 30 min. walk from hotel to there. Very substantial breakfast, and the reception staff are friendly and very helpful with sightseeing tips etc. The beds are comfortable, but if you need more than one pillow then request it as soon as you arrive. Had one evening meal in the hotel - the food was good and the price reasonable.

Great accommodation. Rooms are clean and great size. Beds are made every morning. Location close to ubahn, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is around 20 euros. A cheaper option would be a good idea.

Beautiful city. Lots to see. Buy the Vienna City Pass. Well worth it to let you see and do as much as possible on your trip. City easy to reach by the Underground, buses or you could walk if you really wanted to.

Hotel was very modern but tastefully decorated rooms were lovely except the pillows were very very soft .staff all very friendly and helpful food was very good drinks were reasonably priced .they were priced like any other city

Lovely hotel, staff excellent especially Matti happy to give advice and spoke English very well. Rooms clean and functional would stay here again only two stops on the underground to the centre at Karlsplatz to the opera area fantastic breakfast.
