Sol Falco

This hire ticked all the boxes. Great hotel in a great resort, close to beach and harbour. The room has recently been refurbed and cleaner to a high standard. Staff were so lovely,, especially the kids club team and entertainment staff. We will definitely be returning.

Wouldnt stay again hotel grounds were lovely howeve this resort doesnt have very many english mainly spnaish and italian. The food was poor had to eat and burger everyday for my son. Staff were pleasant both at bar and round the hotel. Not much in the way of shops and bus transfer was over 2 hours would not recommend this hotel

I stayed here with my daughter. It is a very big hotel and has lots to offer in terms of entertainment for young and old. The pool areas were nice as was the room. The food was a bit bland and unexciting but not awful. The resort itself is nice and there were always plenty of staff on hand to help you out.

Although the Hotel was nice and well situated the food hall let it down enormously. The animation team and the quirky lifeguard were absolutely superb, the amenities and overall cleanliness of the place were up to par,but the food was not to die for... well almost !

The Sol Falco far exceeded our expectations. All the staff were friendly, helpful and very professional.The hotel rooms were cleaned to extremely high standards as were the general areas such as lobby, dining areas and toilets. Outside, the beautiful gardens were immaculate. Never have we had such an impressive variety of food which would surpass many cruise ships. Well done! !

Brilliant hotel, not our first stay here, fabulous staff and lots of activities throughout the days for everyone to enjoy. All pools well maintained and lifeguards there throughout day. Rooms recently refurbished, clean and functional. Great maid service, nothing ever a hassle. Great selection of foods in restaurant, however can become repetitive, snack bar great for kids.Entertainment at night was ok, some acts not great for kids. Sol Falco is well situated to the port with many lovely shops and restaurants if you fancy a change from the hotel. Couple of beaches short walk away, expensive to use sun loungers and umbrellas-cheaper to buy in local shops and use throughout stay. All in all great hotel, lovely location. Loved it. Only downside is,has become very expensive to stay in recent years, not prepared for 60 Euro tax on arrival. Have stayed in other hotels with not much difference in service or amenities.

Hotel and pool areas are kept spotlessly clean. The pools are even de leafed during the day if there has been a slight breeze. Most of the pools are very deep so we kept arm bands on our little one and we spent moat of our time around the pool nearest our room in the Rancho block as it was a little quieter. Rooms are cleaned daily and the towels are replaced as often as you want. The staff are all hard working and pleasant however they dont really understand english. The hotel has majority Spanish and Italian guests and the entertainment is all in Spanish and doesnt start until 10pm most nights. They dont really cater for English guests and this should be made clear on Jet2 website when booking. The food is ok if you like pasta and chips and doesnt stay warm for long. We found the snack bar suited us better during the day and we ate out of an evening. The hotel itself is lovely.

The area is very quiet but very pretty. Definitely visit Cituella, its beautiful. The food at Sol Falco was inedible on some occasions but the hotel was clean and the animation team work so hard. The drinks were great, freshly made coffees and cocktails. The pools lovely, to suit different needs. The rooms were tiny with tiny balcony's but clean. evening meal was served from 7, a bit late with a little one.

got a week off so decided to book quick week away for our 40th anniversary, we usually use the iberostar group as we love this brand. but as it was a late booking we were a little limited to what was still available. having said that, once we accepted it was.nt iberostar and took it as it was. sol falco came up okay. rooms good and quiet, slept well. spotless and well maintained and enjoyed our break. think they could use tablecloths on tables for evening meals though, but not a deal breaker. get what you pay for and had good time. needed break. thanks to all the staff at sol falco for a good week.
