Elba Palace Golf & Vital Hotel with 5 Rounds of Golf Included

Stylish hotel, we were on our mini moon and they moved us on day two, minimum fuss, very helpful staff... sadly the evening dinner menu was repetitive, to the point of boring. The same starters and desserts night after night. Regrettably there were a number of occasions when there were no tables available, frequently when one became free the staff would re-lay it with little consideration for nearby diners. Lifting furniture, lean8ng around and over diners. Overall the service felt 3 star plus at best....in future we will stick to Indulgent Escapes.

Lovely hotel . Great food . Only negative is rooms don't have an iron and it was £5 a blouse to be ironed by the hotel.Staff really nice and friendly. Pool area really peaceful and the young pool attendant was really sufficient and friendly.

My husband and i have recently returned from a 3 week holiday at this hotel. On arrival we were greeted by a glass of champagne and this was an ideal start to the holiday. However once we were shown to our suite we were disappointed in that it faced the front of the hotel and did not have the golf view that we were expecting in that we had booked a 'Prestige Suite'. We informed reception to be told that they might be able to do something in 3 days time. We spoke to the manager after a few days and they did in fact find us the 'Presige suite' but only after 10 days.. We were disappointed to find that we experienced holes in our bathroom towels and the pool towels were the sometimes the same and were shredded on the sides. The bedrooms are very dark with 1980's wallpaper. The majority of the inside of the hotel need refurbishment. Whilst this hotel is 'adults only' it still has a child's paddling pool - why has the pool area not been refurbished - not once did we see anyone washing down the tiles - these were marked with food and drink spillage when we arrived and the same marks were there when we left. The breakfast is good, but the area is a bit chaotic, with a chefs trying to cook fried eggs, omelettes etc on a small griddle whilst people are reaching over to get fruit and cold meats. I would have liked to order something like Eggs Benedict for a change, especially over a 3 week period. The lunch menu was very boring and needs a complete overhaul, and with only 2 staff trying to cover the lunch period when golfers were coming in too. It could be chaos and sometimes upsetting to see the staff trying to cope with it. Dinner - the starter buffet was good, but the chefs need to up their game as far as soups are concerned. The main course is not good at all - this really does need to be fixed. Desserts are Ok, but the presentation and the self service of the same is not good, especially when you have to go behind the ice cream freezer with wires going from the freezer to the wall to be able to obtain the ice cream. We were introduced and spoke to the new manager who i know will try hard to turn around what is a lovely looking hotel into what it should be -- a very nice relaxing 5 star hotel, but at this point he has a lot of work to do before we would think of returning.Hopefully the staff will give him the support he needs to do this. The staff are charming, helpful, mostly happy but you can see in their body language that things are not always good.

We holidayed here in March of this year. It was our second stay at the Elba Palace. Everything was perfect the suite, food, housekeeping, staff and the surroundings were all exceptional. We will definitely return and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends.

Stayed at Elba Palace hotel in Caleta de Fuste on Fuertoventura having travelled on a jet2 holiday. Everything went like clockwork from flight to transfer and hotel. Weather could have been better but did improve as the week progressed. Food and service in hotel excellent and the bedroom was above standard being spacious although we did not have a balcony. Had a view over the golf course. Could not find anything to complain about and would return in the future

When we arrived at the hotel we was greated and made feel very welcome. The room we had was 219 and was very spacious and beautiful every night was a great nights sleep. The food at the hotel is delicious especially the lamb dishes. The pool area was very relaxing . All the staff was wonderfull and helpfull. You saw them working morning afternoon and night . And always had a smile on their faces. Nothing was a problem for them. U would stay here again . We had an amazing holiday

A good holiday and good hotel with relatively good service. Not sure if it merits 5 star rating and let down by leaking bathroom pipe and smell of effluent in the mornings, emanating from the bathroom.

A superb place to stay. Everything was excellent from start to finish. A welcoming and friendly staff. I would say the hotel is a "gem". I hVe no reservatio Everything was wonderful at this hotel from start of our holiday to the end. Welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Cleanliness and service perfect. A "little gem".

Cannot fault this hotel in any way. Food at every meal was good quality and served promptly. Staff were a biggest asset of this hotel, from Reception to Room cleaning. Hotel is some distance from the small resort but a free bus takes care of that. The Prestige Suites were very spacious with large sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. Although guests are not permitted to reserve sunbeds, they ofcourse do so. I think there should be more control. It wasnt a problem for us as the hotel was only half full but to get a sunbed in the shade one had to be quick.

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel with the friendliest staff and environment you could ever wish for. This is the place to find peace and tranquility to recharge your batteries. Very Highly Recommended. We'll be back!!

Brilliant hotel,peace and quiet.for the two weeks we were there we had a superb chill out,friendly staff,nothing too much trouble and championship golf course on site,five star food,can't wait to go back .would not hesitate to recommend to all.
