Servatur Terrazamar & Sunsuites

This was our 4th time staying at The Terrazamar Suites and will continue to book for our future yearly holidays.These Aparthotel apartments are ideally situated just behind the main commercial centre with a brand new complex already built approximately 500 yards away with another ready for completion in the Autumn 2019.Taxis aplenty with the cost of approx 3 euros 💶 for short trips.There are 3 pools with also separate children’s pools,ideal for families.Can’t really say much more than we will be back for another enjoyable stay.

Very good accommodation in a great location. Massive terraces and a well equipped kitchen. In the main reception there is a great little bar, bakery serving snacks and a site shop. Pool areas always clean with plenty of sun lounger.

My family and I have been consistently staying with servatur terrazamar for 17years now, sometimes twice a year, we cannot fault it at all. The staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms are cleaned every day of the week. Towel change every day, and linen changed twice a week (more if needed or requested) each room has the biggest balcony I have ever seen, a kitchenette for all of your needs. Really comfortable beds! 3 pool areas are daily cleaned and a lifeguard present. Food and drink at pool bar and reception is reasonably priced and delicious. I could go on, but I'll leave the rest for you to see when you book! Its definitely worth your while!

These apartments are as far away from the beach as you can get which is a 15 to 20 walk either along a gently sloping road or down some steps to a pleasant park area which again leads to the beach.They are building a brand new shopping centre around 100 metres in front of these apartments .For us the noise was not excessive as a lot of the work in front of the apartments was in an advanced state compared to further along the road away from the accommodation.It says the centre should be open in autumn 2019 but I very much doubt it.The patio area in front of these apartments is as big as the apartment itself due to the way the apartments are built on the side of the mountain.This gives a fantastic view along the valley with a sea view at the end.It is a very quiet and relaxing area.We never tried the food in the restaurant here but the prices looked very reasonable.There are loads of restaurants around the resort who all seem to charge the same price for food but it is wise to check if tax is included in the price or not as it can make a big difference to the price at the end.Also check the prices of the drinks as some are extortionate as we found to our cost..I would definitely come back to this resort and to this accommodation even though we did find the kitchen is definitely ready for a refurbishment.

The apartment was a good size with a fair amount of storage space for clothes and the balcony was huge. The maid service was 5 times a week. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you.

Picked this hotel after a lot of reading re on the hotels and the resort picking one of the upper floor rooms to be near the pool and what a good room we got. Floor 8 so it was out of the room and up the stairs to floor 10 where the pool was. The room was a good size and the outside space was the best with table and chairs and sun loungers and you got the sun from morning to early evening. The beds were comfy but the bedroom was very warm and air-conditioning needed but we decided not to pay the extra for but think we would if we went again. The on site shop is very good but we mainly went to the centre which isn't that far away but be prepared for the walk back uphill. It's the same going to the beach, not too bad down there but the walk back is a bit tiring, we did notice a lot of people using taxis which are plentiful. We also used the bus to go to Amodores beach after walking there and back All in all this was a good choice only downside was the fridge didn't work very well but its a good place to stay with very good facilities and staff.

over all very happy with hotel and resort we all had a great time Cheap beer plenty of restaurants to eat out and plenty of prices to choose from There's a nice beach in walking distance and the taxis are really cheap so you can walk one way and taxi back if your not to good on your pins Porta Rico can be very hilly that's why we like the Terrazamar sun suite there is a lift down to shops and restaurants

Been here before stayed in the top section with jet 2 we were in the lower part the room's are a good size we were lucky to have a hot spell for the whole two weeks we were there and our room was was to hot no air con just ceiling fans which just blow hot air around ( air con needed ) the balconies are great wonderful size the kitchen was well equipped all rooms good size . house keeping not quite up to standard the sofa was marked and dirty ( due to lack of staff ) the pool and pool side were disappointing broken tiles. Loose tiles paint peeling and dirty the pool it self had chunks miss on its floor (need big upgrade )

Hoped that the photos on website were dated unfortunately not. Don't get me wrong, the accommodation was spotless and the facilities were adequate but not for a family. Massive balcony with 2 sunbeds on it and table and chairs.Had to pay for aircon 30 euro a week and for deposit box 10 euro a week. Aircon switches off after 3 hours so it wakes you up in the night when it goes off or when you are sweating. Not enough sunbeds around the pool and as usual lots of selfish people with towels on and no bodies.

From start to finish we could not fault these suites,modern,clean,and well appointed.We had no issues,the only comment is it could do with air con,good facilities and decent Wi-Fi.We will be back.THANK YOU TERRAZAMAR
