Hotel Grand Teguise Playa with 3 Rounds of Golf Included

A wonderful hotel friendly staff excellent food flight was delayed had a tray already in room with lovely cold meats fresh bread and fruit wonderful sea view would definitely make a return visit and recommend to friends

The hotel has a perfect location close to the town centre and opposite a lovely little beach. The pools and facilities are superb and my only criticism would be that the food is not as good as other 4* hotels I’ve stayed at.

Stunning hotel. Upgraded rooms give a slightly better view but nothing more. My brother was in a standard room and it was exactly the same not worth the extra money. Staff lovely but this is not geared for young children very little food choice for a 6 year old. Not much interaction from kids club. Great for adults.

we found the hotel to be lovely,spotlessly clean and the friendliest staff we have ever come across. the pool bar, being across the road from the hotel was a dissapointment, the pool bar shouldhave been in the main building beside the main pool and only being able to get food between 12-3pm was not acceptable. the bigest disappontment of all was the food in the restaurant, it was extremely poor.. litgtle choice, cold, badly cooked. we paid for half board but only ate in the hotel twice.

Lovely hotel great location food good really clean friendly staff lovely pool area and pool was warm. Good facilities. Plenty to see and do. We went half board as we like to go out and about. Couldn't fault anything

Amazing hotel and staff, only complaint was the food being very salty and the same options every night with little variation. Also the pool was too salty. It stung your eyes and mouth when the water went in

I have been at this hotel a few times and returning in September , no complaints at all food excellent, staff polite, friendly and helpful. Entertainment brilliant . Rooms clean as a whistle . It definitely lives up to its name . Grand !!!

What should have been a pleasant stay was ruined by an abusive , aggressive guest about whom the hotel took very little action. The room consisted of two single beds pushed together to create a double, and the food was not of the quality and variety previously experienced.

Recently returned from this hotel which we have visited on three previous occasions. We happened to mention to the receptionist when booking in that we were returning clients, so on the second day we were invited to a returning clients party and an opportunity to meet the deputy manageress and enjoy canapés and glasses of champagne. The standard at this hotel is extremely high, and the staff in all areas are extremely friendly and helpful, The cleaners work strenuously to keep not just the bedrooms but all the public areas very clean indeed. The restaurant waiters and waitresses will endeavour to find you a table almost immediately they spot you and even if one available is not cleared you can be assured it is, almost before you have time to sit down and your order is taken for drinks. Many of the restaurant staff have worked there for many years and even the youngest waiter Zakariah was so pleasant, appearing to really enjoy his job. The food quality we experienced was paticularly high. One evening the chef was serving carved roast beef which was as good as any that I have experienced in any hotel, on other evenings beef steaks, pork cutlets and chops were cooked and served straight from the grill, all of which were first class, very enjoyable. The animation team worked from 10-00 in the morning until late evening organising activities which were well supported and the evening entertainment too was well appreciated.The only let down to the evening entertainment was the poor sound system at the back of the bar area. The evidence of returning clients some of whom we had previously met on January stays speaks for the satisfaction that clients obviously experience at this hotel and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending it and very much hope to visit again ourselves.

We have stayed at this hotel for a number of years. The location is superb, the staff are so welcoming and vast majority of room have wonderful sea views. going again later this year so we must like it!
