Lanzarote Palm Hotel

stayed between Christmas and New year on a self catering basis hotel, rooms, pool, staff all very good. people who have complained about this hotel couldn't be more wrong. Would definitely recommend to anyone

From Airport to Hotel, the service provided was good. The hotel was in the best location 5 minute walk from the beach and supermarkets. Ideal for self catering and couples. The hotel was clean and had its own bar and restaurant for conscience and a pool which is regularly maintained

Great apartments. Very clean and well maintained. No evening or children's entertainment. Which made it very quite at night so great nights sleep. Bit of a steep hill from beach front but a handy shop on site. Has a laundry service both washing and drying very useful when travelling with children. Only negative was no wash facility's once checked out (12:00) only a bathroom sink. I would definitely come back really enjoyed my time here.

The location was great. The whole package was excellent. We loved everything about the holiday. The only negative I can think of was the towels being lifted by an over enthusiastic sos/lifeguard when we went for lunch. They said you cannot book beds however a twenty minute break for lunch was a bit ridiculous. This only happened once to us when the hotel got a bit busier. Others had their towels lifted and some went missing and then the girl in the reception blamed people for booking beds!!!!

We had a lovely ground floor apartment next to the pool. Would defo recommend you ask for one of them. Room was lovely and clean (apart from the ants) in kitchen. Staff friendly. My only down point was i would have liked clean towels daily and not have to go ask for them. Rooms not cleaned everyday but that didnt bother us(apart from towels). Would def return to lanzarote palm

The location of the hotel is about a 10 minute walk up a hill from the main strip. Staff very accomadating and work very hard especially the pool attendant (sorry cant think of his name). Accomadation disapointing as pulling a bed out from under a couch every night is not ideal after a night out for dinner. The glass frosted door on the toilet is in the living area which is very inappropriate has no privacy at all. Overall the accomidation is basic and i dont think this hotel is 4 star

Amazing apartments great holiday shop s close by , staff friendly and very helpful cleaners very friendly and helpful , couldn't ask for a better holiday , my family really enjoyed this holiday great pool and food brought to your room amazing

Returned from 11 night here, very pleased with the modern room, great shower & air-conditioning, slept well, cleaned every couple of days could do with a bit more housekeeping. Staff were very helpful, quality/choice of bar food / drink very good, Wi-Fi needs looking at along with the pool areas need to be washed down at night / early the next day. We would stay here again Stayed July 2017, travelled with family

The pool area and above the restaurant were nothing like in the brochure. Furniture, seating etc sparse, broken and strewn across the area. Not inviting and a not somewhere you would want to sit. The apartment was clean but NO DRAWER SPACE at all. OK if all your clothes can be put on hangers.

We arrived around 8pm. Very friendly welcome. Given room 89 opposite reception. Beautiful views from balcony. 1 bed apartment spotless clean, very spacious and most comfortable beds I've had in a hotel. Air conditioning was a big plus in bedroom especially during night. Location was great. Up a steepish hill but only a dander to Main Street & beach. Highly recommend this hotel. We loved it and will definitely be re-booking for next year.

Was not very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room And shower area and bedding only changed once and that Was bottom sheet only towel change once as well should bee Change every second day as should bed completely

Hotel is abut a 10 min walk downhill to the beach and bars, In my opinion the rooms are clean and tidy, with towels changed every other day but the furniture quality is poor and self catering equipment is lacking. overall not a 4* hotel.

Hotel was fairly basic considering it had a 4 star rating, however it was ok for what we wanted, not sure about artificial grass on the balconies though. Could do with a larger reception as could imagine it getting crowded in high season. Only about a 10 minute walk to bars and shops . Cannot comment on food as we ate out . Good hotel to use as a base but not much else to stop around hotel for though.
