Absolutely loved it and was perfect for a short break, location wise everything is a short walk away. Room was lovely and staff were very helpful, would definitely stay here again.
Great location great rooms very quiet we were in room across from lifts and didn’t hear a thing. Staff were excellent pleasant and efficient happy to help with anything. Breakfast great value for money. We pre booked dinner in the hotels cafe imperial restaurant which was excellent food and wine with staff being knowledgeable on all dishes and beverages. Will definitely be returning
This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and although I was disappointed to see the waffle maker gone from breakfast the food and room were still great. It's such a convenient location and the rooms are really comfy. Staff also are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
Stayed 5 days in art deco hotel recently. Lovely hotel and good location. Old town within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent with great choice. Disappointed to have room on top floor with Windows on roof with no view.
Great hotel in a convenient location and within walking distance to most tourist attractions. Hotel restaurant food was fantastic value for money; run by excellent staff and has everything you need for a city break.
What a nice surprise to arrive at a hotel that exceeded our expectations. Bought as part of a Jet2 luxury break, this was a very comfortable 5 day break, ideally located in central Prague within easy walking distance of most of the central sites. The staff were always professional and courteous as well as helpful with any requests. We booked a meal in the hotel restaurant and were treated to a fine dining experience with tremendous attention to detail and good service. The hotel restaurant is popular among locals for breakfast and has a great atmosphere and the Art Deco style that certainly helps.
Hotel location was great.ideal for sightseeing But hotel a bit tired. Room comfortable and clean. Staff helpful. But hotel lacked something of up market style. The original art deco was lovely but rest was cheep even the art work on walls was cheep. The bathroom was clean but the design not good, A very deep bath which was very tricky to get in and out of. Breakfast was good but service a bit strange. Staff would take your plate away literally as you put your cutlery down or glass down.Very irritating. We had a room at front a bit noisey with traffic . I personally would not rate as a five star.

Such a beautiful place not just in reception but in all parts of the hotel. We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed the peacefulness of our room and the hotels location to the Old Town.

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
