This is a three star hotel and in my opinion, that is an accurate rating in terms of looks. However it was better than 3* in terms of cleanliness (spotless), friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Staff were very happy to order us taxis, recommend local restaurants as one might expect from a higher star hotel. Waiting staff at breakfast were equally friendly and helpful and there was a wide choice of food available. Cleaning staff were thorough and also friendly and all very kindly spoke English to us. The location wasn’t central to the tourist areas but was a short walk to tram and metro stops in a pleasant area filled with shops, cafes and restaurants. Fabulous value for money

Please note: the outdoor garden terrace is closed from November to February. Due to its popularity, it is recommended to book the Beer Spa prior to your arrival. Bookings with more than 4 rooms are on request. The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
