Staff were friendly room was a good size and bed comfortable. Hotel is in a good location, bars & restaurants nearby, easy transport links to old town, or about 15 - 20 minutes mainly flat walk to Wenceslas square. Small bar in hotel, friendly and cheap. Breakfast was limited, but ok. Stored our luggage on check out day as we had a late flight, no charge.
Our hotel room was very nice, spacious and well appointed. It was warm and clean. Our only gripe with the room was not having tea and coffee provided without an additional payment! I would not have expected this of a 4 star hotel. The staff were very good ,particularly the duty manager who was very helpful. The bar was never really open although there was a mini bar in the room and further drink could be bought from the bar on request. The hotel was a bit of a walk to the main part of the city but was walkable. We enjoyed our time in Prague very much.
Very good hotel. Staff very friendly and helpfutl. Room was cleaned daily and bed was comfortable. Continental buffet breakfast was very good. Was approx 40 minute walk from Old Town Square, 5 minutes from tram and metro. Would definitely return and have no problem recommending this hotel.
Me and my partner stayed in Prague for 4 nights and we stayed in the hotel Galileo, the room had everything that you would need in a hotel. The hotel was located about 10 minutes from Charles bridge, we walked everywhere as the trams were always packed and it was too hot to get on one.
The Hotel Galileo is a great hotel for a visit to Prague. Whilst the decor is a little dated, it's clean and comfortable. Our room was big and the shower powerful. We walked into the centre in about 20 mins although it's also handy for the tram and metro. Breakfast is served in a very pleasant, modern room and was of a good quality. We highly recommend this hotel.
Nice clean hotel,nice friendly helpful staff. Very well placed for public transport links[bus, tram & underground] .Also within walking distance of old town if you take your time.Would recommend &would stay again.

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
