Hotel was brilliantly situated just 5 mins from the Old Town Square. Staff were efficient but need to smile more. Bedroom was spacious and immaculately clean but had no drawers for storage and wardrobe was very small so clothes had to remain in suite case. We had a room on the front of hotel which was quite noisey with trams passing all night. Breakfast was very good with almost everything you could think of on offer again staff need to smile more and as we were there for Xmas no one acknowledged this. Overall the hotel was very good and Prague was magical. All big shops were closed on Xmas day and Boxing Day but street markets were open and so were many of the restaurants. All in all a lovely way to spend Xmas.
Thi hotel is in an Excellent location, about 15mins walk from the town centre,the hotel is very nice and the staff cannot do enough for you. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection always available
Great hotel, ideally situated a short walk from the main square. Breakfast was really good, with omelettes and waffles cooked while you wait. Room was very good and we even received a complimentary bottle of champagne fro my partners birthday which was a nice touch. Would stay here again.

We were very well taken care of by the team. Delightful staff from reception to bar, breakfast and housekeeping. Very enjoyable breakfast. We had one dinner which was great.

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
