Very nice hotel but only had 2 plug sockets in room and one of them was for fridge, so struggled a bit for charging things. Everything else was excellent, the breakfast, room cleaning and hotel staff.
The Hotel staff were excellent in their help and knowledge. The Hotel was quite quirky and old and we had an excellent room with beams and a nice view. It was my birthday and when we came back there was a birthday card and a bottle of prosecco in the room which was a nice gesture. Yes, would recommend this hotel.
Great location in the lovely city of Prague. The hotel has a very good restaurant and we found the staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The lobby bar was also very good especially as it has a very nice courtyard for sunny days.
Excellent hotel, very central, friendly, helpful and polite staff. Breakfast excellent, plenty of choice. Large bedroom with bathroom and lots of space. Quite an old hotel with a number of steps to get to the room as well as using the lift.
This hotel is in a good location and within walking distance of all attractions. The rooms were a good size and clean. Staff very friendly. Good choice of food at breakfast, more than what we were expecting. Would recommend this Hotel and will stay there again.
Staff really friendly and helpful - beautifully decorated old building really close to everything. Within walking distance of wenseslas square and charles bridge. Great breakfast - buffet style . Pizza place 10 yds away great 4 evening snack too.
Loved this hotel, staff very professional and friendly. We had a standard room in eves, compact but still plenty of room, very clean with lots of little extras. Breakfast was wonderful!! Lovely court yard to sit and have a drink in. Would definitely recommend. Hope to visit again
The Elite hotel is a little Gem. It is centrally situated in the historic old town and is full of character with beamed rooms. The rooms are very comfortable and relatively spacious but quaint with adequate wardrobe space and very clean with daily room service if required. All amenities available. The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent breakfasts. The hotel is within walking distance of historical sights and places of interest and the staff are more than willing to point you in the right direction, make bookings etc. I would highly recommend this hotel and would visit again next time I'm in Prague.
Lovely hotel in quiet street close to all the sights. Staff were excellent and extremely welcoming. Lovely courtyard to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. Great buffet breakfast with option to have an omelette made to your specifications by chef at open kitchen. Rooms were clean and spacious and very nicely decorated. Will definitely be back!
This hotel is right in the thick of the action yet is tucked away down a tiny cobbled street. Fantastic location. Cute rooms Even cuter breakfast area in the basement. Great friendly staff. Lovely gardens to sit & have a drink. Could not fault this hotel. Highly recommended.

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
