This is the second time we gave stayed in this hotel and would thoroughly recommend it if you are visiting Prague. It is in a very good location within walking distance of Wenceslas Square and the Old Town. The rooms and facilities are excellent. The breakfasts are wonderful and we had lunch a few times in the main bar and the found was superb.
Impeccable hotel and services. I couldn't fault it and it's a very good value for money. It is just a walking distance to tourist spots, lovely restaurants (with authentic cuisine), shopping malls. The room service, bar and restaurant, concierge , reception etc are all of excellent standard. The only thing I may suggest is that if they could put two big plants by the main entrance then that would give a more welcoming ambience.
5* hotel in our opinion was not 5*, our room was much smaller than expected. Staff very pleasant and willing to help. Pianist playing whilst eating breakfast was lovely. Lots to see and do in Prague so didn't spend a great deal of time in the hotel.
Everything about this holiday including the hotel was fantastic. Prague is breathraking. I will definitely go back. The hotel was fab and cant be faulted. The location was good around a 15 minute walk to the centre of old town but this was a nice walk and helped burn off extra holiday calories !
Hotel was amazing best food choice ever at breakfast well worth the 5* staff so friendly and polite will definately go back. Hotel was was decorated to top quality no expense spared . Even got escaltors inside the hotel to get to the restaurant. Bar reasonably priced
Excellent hotel, clean and decent sized rooms. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice. Never ate evening meal there so can't comment on the restaurant. Staff very helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the most popular sites and there is a tram stop outside for those who want to venture further.
This Hotel was everything you could ask for, clean, relaxed, centrally positioned and the choice at breakfast was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and the bar area very roomy and easy to get served. The bedroom was of a good size with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom with both bath and shower.
Rooms small and the view from the window was over the breakfast area. The food in the restaurant was dreadful on our first night in the hotel and on New Years Eve. Some reception staff were friendly and some were not. The outside of the hotel has a tacky sign advertising the beer spa on the left and a fast food outlet with neon light to the right. The location is not central and a good 10-15 minutes walk to Pragues main attractions. Prague is a wonderful place and we shall be back but we won't be staying at the Grandior!!

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
