Hermitage Hotel Prague

We stayed for four nights bed and breakfast in June 22. We could not fault the friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and general comfort of the hotel. We ate there on the last night but would have done so more often if we had realised how good the food was. We plan to return to Prague and will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Absolute perfect hotel for a niceness break in Prague. No single problem throughout our stay and no negatives to the stay either. Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast too! Room was brilliant and spacious

My wife and I had a lovely long weekend in Prague staying at the Park Inn. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a mixture of business and tourist. Room was very clean and quiet despite being close to the railway line and the aircon worked really well which was lucky as we were blessed with 30c temperatures for the first 2 days. It is a 10 min tram ride from the centre, day passes available at reception. or a 30 minute walk along the river. Breakfast is pretty good for what we wanted and all reasonably priced as long as you avoid the mini bar and hotel bottled water.

We have just returned from our 5 night stay at this beautifully presented hotel, the room was lovely and spacious with a big window, spacious bed and lovely big bathroom. Excecutive room private balcony with a lovely view (you can smoke outside only). The breakfast was lovely with plenty of variety, hot food, cereals, cold foods (ham, cheese, yogurts fruit, breads and pastries . The hotel is situated in the new town (a little out the way), however this can be looked at in a few ways, tor us the area was quiet so no disturbances with noise. The public transport is excellent you can catch a tram to the old town, which takes about 5-10 minutes to reach, (the number 17 tram) goes into the centre of Prague (Old Town) the tram stop from the hotel is a 5 minute walk away. You can buy tickets from the hotel or from the machine at the tram stop, please be aware that you can only buy tram tickets at certain tram stops. The hotel staff are very helpful and will give you any information you want, during our stay it was my 50th Birthday and the hotel sent me cake and bubbly compliments of the hotel. The staff make this hotel a beautiful place to stay, they are friendly and very helpful and I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.Thank you for a wonderful stay and a memorable one at that. .

Lovely clean hotel nice bspacious bedroom and lovely showroom. , great breakfast. A short walk along river to get to main attractions. Staff very friendly at hotel restaurant staff are excellent nothing to much trouble.

Myself and my partner stayed over a long weekend for my partner birthday. We noticed that the hotel was in walking distance from multiple tram/bus/metro stops which was great as we wanted to have access to all 3 modes of transport. The hotel its self is in a quiet side street which access to parking if you prefer using a hire car. The hotel was very clean, the staff were more than helpful when we asked for extra pillows, direction to places and any other information. On the day of my partners birthday we ventured into Prague's city centre which was around 15/18 mins by direct tram. When we got back to our room the hotel had left us a surprise bottle of champagne and a cake with "Happy Birthday wrote on the side of the plate in chocolate. It was a wonderful unexpected surprise! The breakfast buffet had a nice wide selection of food and drinks. During our stay we had an evening meal in the hotels restaurant. It was a little more pricey than other places near by but the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the staff made up for the expensive price. I'd highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is an pleasant, easy walk in to the city centre (20 - 30 mins) and a little further to the castle. There is an excellent tram service just round the corner but we didn't use at all. There are a number of lovely restaurants in the area too which are very reasonable and certainly cheaper than those in the centre. The room we had was an executive double on the 5th floor; it was spotless and very comfortable with a balcony looking over the Vysehrad area which is an easy uphill walk to a beautiful church and park area - not to be missed especially at sunset. The river with lots of boat bars is a few minutes walk away and is lovely in the evenings when the Czechs come out, many with families, to stroll and drink. Breakfast in the hotel was excellent and we found the staff very pleasant in a quiet, courteous way.

Clean quiet with polite and helpful staff. Bit out of the way around a 20 min walk to the 'main attractions' but a nice walk along the river means it isn't so bad. Only ate in the hotel once at night and once for breakfast and both times the food was tasty. Their cocktails were delicious too.

Excellent hotel with full facilities. Room was great. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Brilliant breakfast buffet, and enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant on one occasion. It was close to tram stop into the centre. I would thoroughly recommend

Good hotel with pleasant bedroom and ensuite shower room, good bar service and excellent range of breakfast offered. The hotel is close to a tram stop which provides great links to the city using the extensive network to access the whole city easily and cheaply

Excellent hotel, very clean, great food and helpful staff. Had the gym to myself which was on the top floor with a fabulous vista. Unlimited travel pass is a must. At about £3 per person per day from the hotel is excellent value. Does buses, trams, trains, underground and even the funicular railway up to the castle.

Lovely modern Hotel. Breakfast Beautiful, chose the very good deal of Dinner, bed and breakfast option- sadly it was the same choice menu every evening....but what we had was tasty. Disappointed with our view....grey inward facing walls....but I accept not many rooms can have a view that's advertised online.

A great hotel, friendly staff, great location little noisy if you opened the window due to the rail track close by. Only disappointment was they told me they had upgraded my room which I thought wow that never normally happens to me - but they hadn't! Just set my expectations I suppose. But still lovely room anyway

Another visit to Prague and 3rd stay at Park Inn. For our purposes the location is very good, within walking distance of the old town center with tram & bus services close and a short walk to the Metro. This stay at Park Inn was not as enjoyable as our previous ones. The room was good, very clean, very comfortable and no problem sleeping. the daily cleaning was excellent as were the reception staff. Sadly the service in the dining room both for breakfast and in the evening was not as good as we had experienced previously, so much so that we mostly went out for our meals. This is a great pity as previous stays had been very good overall.

The standard rooms are everything you would want. The restaurant coped with gluten free breakfast requests with no trouble at all, even serving hot chocolate cookies. The location is near the tram and several good places to eat. The staff even noted it was a birthday celebration and left a cake and bubbly in the room in my birthday. We will certainly be back!
