Excellent location and very helpful staff. Rooms basic but clean. Only breakfast available, unable to get lunch or dinner. Definitely recommended however, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Good value.
We were asked for tea/coffee in the room and were told it cost 12 Euro, the manager later told us it was only 5 Euro so beware if you are English don't think they like us, also they made fun of mobility scooter, the Accor hotel next door was much more friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean but very basic and the taxi service was a rip off better to get them to call a street taxi than use theirs.
poor name not even close to wenceslas sq,no facilities open no bar or resturante open in the evening or ever only a 2 slice toaster at breakfast which was poorly positioned, we sat out the back of the bar having a last cig of the day and got told to leave as the bar was now closed by a manager who i reminded the bar can not be closing as it was never open. feel free to use the novatel next door better off all round. prague is beautiful so dont miss out ,better hotels alsewhere and we know this as this was are 3rd time to prague
Basic but very clean, comfortable bed good shower, nice breakfast selection and all the staff was freindly and helpful. The hotel is only about a 5 minute walk to Wenceslas Square and other attractions, would recommend
was most disappointed in this hotel was advertised as 3 star most disappointed in this hotel it was advertised as 3srar most disappointed in this hotel was advertised as 3 star+ we were 2 elderly ladies having a 4 day break and at least expected a courtesy tray in room there is only a breakfast room and if requiring any other meals had to have a carryout or send to room or use hotel next door i would suggest this was more like a hostel the room was very clean and good cleaning staff there was a major problem with the two single beds the beds had a base mattress and mattress topper very comfortable only that if you move about the mattresses moved as well unfortunately i fell out of the bed during the night and hurt my back and hit my head off the shelf at bedside so if you are restless forget about this hotel the staff weren,t very friendly i have used jet 2 holidays for the last three years and and everything was first class

If you need a reliable WIFI. This not for you If you dislike flying insects around the lobby, halls and rooms. This is not for you. The location is good

on entry to hotel was fine,but beds were to slim,bedside tables and lamps were not working very good no where to put are clothes in like bedside tables or wardrobes had to leave clothes in are cases ... more

The hote is near Wenceslas square. You can reach the old town by walking 20-25 minutes or you can take metro or tram 350m away. The atmosphere is typical to Ibis - always busy)) But you could sleep go ... more

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
