Jalta Boutique Hotel

My husband and I have just return from a weekend beak in Jala Boutique Hotel in Prague and I have only praise for this wonderful hotel. he hotel was spotless in every area, service excellent . staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast 0f a high standard as was the food served in he resturanat other times. Hotel so good we have booked to return in December.

Lovely hotel great staff. Bed was very comfy . Food tasty in the restaurant rooms cleaned to a high standard daily complementary shower gel and moisturiser high standard ....Killer cocktails worth a try

Excellent hotel in a good location. The rooms were clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. The bathroom had a bath and a shower and the towels were fluffy and plentiful. The breakfast had a good selection to suit most people and the ambiance was lovely with background music playing and efficient staff clearing up constantly

We visited the Hotel for the xmas markets the location is excellent placed ideally in the main square. The hotel was warm well cleaned and any issues were sorted immediately. The staff were polite and very helpful. The food was good you just have to get used to their style there was plenty of choice. I would use again and recommend it to anyone it is ideal for city breaks and xmas markets

our stay in Prague at the Jalta Boutique Hotel was very nice the staff were more than helpful. The location and breakfast were first class and we would stay here again. The rooms were very clean and comfortable all but a little small. ,

Very good quality hotel, although not 5*, great location, cosy, excellent breakfast, dining and outside terrace, spacious rooms although bathroom alittle dated. Main concern was with staff, using mobile phones in dining room whilst hiding behind a pillar or shielding phone with a menu, unhelpful/miserable Reception staff (located in a rather strange Reception area, who were unable to order a simple taxi, domestic staff who were sitting on our settee when we returned to the room on their mobiles and who helped themselves to loose change/coins from a saucer I had placed them on in the room, not intended for a tip.

Stayed for a week in September. Had overbooked so we were sent to another hotel on our first night, but booked in the next day to upgraded room and given dinner voucher as compensation. The staff are excellent and couldn't do enough for us. Location is superb - views to Wenceslas square, easy access to all transport and lots of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. There's no bar as such, but you can sit on the terrace with a drink and watch the non-stop flow of people. The tour of the nuclear fallout shelter is a must-do! The history of the hotel is absolutely fascinating and the tour fills you in on all this.

Jalta hotel is situate at the heart wencelas square the metro and tram are only minute walk. Designers shops are round the corner. This hotel are handy for sightseeing and shopping at prague. The only thing that I didn't like is the choice of breakfast are limit!

Wonderful hotel in fantastic location. Hotel spotless and staff very friendly. Wonderful views of Wencleslas Sq from balcony. In the centre of the action yet, when balcony doors were closed it was very quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is in a really good location overlooking Wenceslas Square and within easy walking distance of all the sights. The downside is the breakfast which others have commented on. It is not the worst by any means and has all the usual cereals, fruit ham, cheese etc. The hot breakfast is the major downside as it looks very un appetising and my husband tried it the first day but not the second. Breakfast is served at the back of the dining room and it is a little gloomy.The only bar is actually in the restaurant but we didn't mind this -- however the waiters at the bar are obviously more concerned with getting drinks for diners than those just having a drink so you have to go to the bar to order but having done that the waiter will bring your drinks. Our room did not have a view of the square but the room itself was fine. The bathroom shower screen is not quite big enough so you do get water on the floor. We only stayed two nights but I would recommend this hotel as ideal for a short break because of it's excellent location.

We chose this hotel based on other reviews and the location. We were not disappointed. You are greeted very warmly when you arrive and are immediately offered a drink - we chose the prosecco a really nice start to your break. We were advised on how to get to our room and our luggage was taken for a us by a very helpful young man. The rooms are very clean with all the facilities you would expect. Nice toiletries available and replenished daily. The restaurant is excellent with plenty of choice and very good food. You also get discount if you are staying at the hotel. The breakfast is good - but not outstanding. The choice is good but the cooked breakfast is typical buffet which is not my personal favourite as it always tastes luke warm to me. The location is great and you are in walking distance of the old town and a number of major attractions. The hop on hop off bus is two minutes from the hotel and worth doing. Prague is a beautiful city and we will definately return and would stay at the Jalta again without hesitation.

From arriving to departure we could not fault anything. The staff were extremely polite, professional and helpful. The food in the Hotel was amazing! Huge choice at Breakfast. We ate all our meals in the Hotel as the quality was superb, prices were sensible and presentation was attractive. It was lovely being able to sit outside and eat or drink watching the people passing by. Blankets were provided for use on each chair should you feel it cold. It was April we visited!

Excellent hotel great location would definitely recommend it everything from checkin to checkout was brilliant. We had a superior room overlooking Wenceslas square with balcony which was beautiful big and spacious Would definitely go back.
