This hotel is well located to walk to all attractions and lots of restaurants. It is clean, has a comfortable bed, great breakfast and staff are pleasant especially the breakfast staff, so hard working.
Hotel is great in central location within easy walking distance of old town square. Rooms are functional and very clean. Breakfast buffet is wonderfull with a good range of hot and cold food. The only down side was the early check in charge of 25 euros, which was a suprise as no charge was levied last year, but when you've been up from 03:30 to travel and needed a place to recharge you batteries was grudgingly accepted. One more minor thing is all the room doors have heavy springs and so you know when any other guests are coming or going any time of the day. Overall would recommend.
The old building has been beautifully renovated, we were given smaller room in old part initially but asked to move to new part where we were last year, bigger rooms. Great breakfasts, good location near palladium n old town square
An excellent modern hotel ideally suited to access transport, town centre, restaurants and shops. Rooms are on the small side but you tend not to spend much tie there so acceptable. Good breakfast served on top of a huge glass box - need to see it!

Free Child Places are subject to availability and are only applicable on selected accommodation / departure dates / departure points / room types and board basis. Free Child Places may be added or withdrawn at any time prior to booking and the latest availability will be shown prior to booking.
The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
