Lovely hotel in a great quiet location. We were given a room upgrade on arrival which was a lovely surprise, thank you. Before we arrived I contacted the hotel to find out the best way to get there on public transport but they offered to arrange a driver which I took them up on and it made life a lot easier as it's about a 45 min drive. Breakfast is basic but very nice. It would of been nice to have tea & coffee facilities in the room and for the towels to be changed daily but it wasn't the end of the world. Best advise I can give for Prague is take good walking shoes. We visited for 3 nights in June 2018 and it was so warm but the room had two standing fans which help. Over all very pleased and we'd return again.
Stayed in a one bedroom apartment for four nights. Apartment was large, clean and comfortable. Location was excellent. Good restaurants and bars nearby and only 15 minute walk into the main areas of Prague. Would highly recommend Mamaison Residence. Staff are very helpful.
It was very clean and spacious and the fittings were very high quality. It was very near the trams and easy to reach all the attractions, There are plenty of bars and restaurants very close and it is very cheap to eat and drink would recommend this hotel to friends. I will definitely return to this hotel as it is the best I have stayed in. the area surrounding the apartment is also very nice .
excellent service and good standard accommodation. A pleasant trip. will definitely go again. As this was our first visit, it was difficult to know how far the accommodation was from centre of town when booking the transfer. It was also not easy to get this information on line. It is easier if transfer is included in the holiday package.
Very pleasant and very clean the staff were all very helpful and nothing appeared to be a bother to them very good.The tram station and the metro were two minuets walk from the hotel and the service was great.
Good quality place to stay in Prague. Apartment well equipped. Unfortunately lift was out of order the 4 nights we stayed but not really major problem as we stayed on first floor. Would recommend this especially for families. Very quiet at night. Big drawback it's quite a walk to Wencelas Square. Trams readily available though. Good bonus the walk took us past Pauls for excellent coffee
excellent apartments, clean, friendly staff, great location. Plenty of nearby eating places, reasonably priced. Went for a mid week break, slightly outside the centre of the city but within 15 minutes walk. Quiet area, very near the tram line.

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
Free Child Places cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated.
