We had a fantastic stay at the Prague Carlo IV which was certainly as described. From our arrival to check out everything was great, The hotel was a bank in a previous life and many of its original features remain. The staff were all extremely helpful and the breakfast was one of the best we have experienced. We used the swimming pool everyday and it was just what we needed after a long day walking around Prague, The hotel was well placed for everything and very close to the trams if they were needed. All in all a great hotel which I would thoroughly recommend and stay at again.
Excellent hotel in every respect. The spa is superb which is ideal after a day walking the City. Beautiful hotel and central location. Staff were available and extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet choice.
Stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, a perfect hotel in every way. The staff can simply not do enough for you, the rooms spotless and the public areas equally so. The spa is a great way to relax and unwind at the end of a busy day,
Found all the hotel staff very welcoming and friendly. The room was a good size and very clean, but the room layout was a little odd,ie: no bedside tables to rest your cups or glasses, and no mirror to do your make up etc. Good location on quiet road with only 5 mins walk to main square.The breakfasts were superb, catering for most peoples needs, the freshly cooked omelettes a must!!
Location was close to the main tourist areas of Prague. Plenty of pubs bars and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, well appointed. Bathroom was good,particularly the shower. Hotel staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Best thing was the beautiful public rooms. Worst thing was the breakfast.
We have stayed at this hotel three times now and we can thoroughly recommend it as a great place to stay on a long weekend break. The food and service was great with very helpful staff. We'll be back !

Excellent service, charming aesthetics, and optimal location. The staff was very professional and courteous. Again you can’t beat the location on the outer rim of the historical center.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, check-in and check-out were as smooth as possible. I enjoyed the training which I was attending to, and the Restaurant for breakfast and dinner as well.

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
