This was a wonderful hotel to stay in for many reasons. We walked into the city every day and it was not far, yet far enough out of the city to be a restful place to stay. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and were serviced every day. The staff are really friendly, helpful and courteous throughout the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and again the staff there were very friendly and helpful. I really liked not being near a busy main road as it meant we could sleep well after a day of walking on our city break. The view from our room over the city was quite spectacular, especially at night when everything was lit up. We were there in February and it had just snowed, so it was quite magical. I would certainly return to this hotel again as it provides a peaceful stay, comfort and very friendly staff.
Our room on top floor was first class. Clean, large comfortable. Complete with desk and chair and first class facilities. Very good, quiet air conditioning. Very comfortable bed with choice of pillows and duvets. Location a little out of town but no problem. 5. Minutes walk to tram stop and approx. 20 minutes walk to Charles Bridge. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, smartly dressed. Breakfast choice adequate and breakfast staff very efficient.

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
