Amend customer emergency contact dates

Amendment forms

These forms are here to save you time and reduce our call wait times. They must only be used for the below amendments:

  • Full date change (amending both the outbound and inbound date)
  • Destination change
  • Request a cancellation (booking must be outside 70 days to departure)
  • Update your customer's emergency contact details

Any amendments where the outbound or inbound dates remain the same, travelling within 14 days, or an amendment that is not listed, you must call our dedicated Trade Pre-Travel Services Team on 0800 408 5596 option 0 who are open Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:30 Saturday and Sunday 09:00 - 18:00.

Manage my booking

Please note, the following amendments can be actioned through the Manage My Booking section of the Jet2holidays trade site:

- Full name changes

- Spelling error in passenger name

- Date of birth change

You can also use Manage My Booking to:

- Add special requests

- Request booking documents

- Action full name changes

- Add seats and meals

- Check in

Agency details

Customer emergency contact details

Jet2holidays require a mobile telephone number for your customers whilst in resort for any emergency or operational communication. Communications may be sent via SMS, so we can't accept a landline number. If your customer can't provide a mobile number, please add a 24/7 emergency mobile number for your agency instead. This field is compulsory and we guarantee it won't be used for marketing purposes. If you don't complete it, you won't be able to finalise your customer's booking.
