We spent 4 nights at this hotel in the middle of Berlin. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, speaking excellent English. The room was small but fine for the amount of time we spent there. Not much storeage space for clothes. The room was cleaned every day and maintenance standards were high. Didn't have breakfast but there were plenty of cafes nearby. There was no problem about leaving our case behind after checking out and the staff were happy to advice about travel options to the airport.
Modern,clean,everything you need.Helpful staff.Very convenient to walk everywhere and near 2 underground stations.Would use it again.Superior double room with sitting area ,bedroom area and shower room.Fridge, hairdryer,plenty of hot water and towels.

Ok location, right next to Check Point Charlie. Comfy beds but lacked lots… no kettle or facilities to make hot drinks, no proper wardrobe or drawers and no fridge. Very basic but relatively clean

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
