Grecotel LUXME Kos Imperial

The staff are friendly and helpful. The pools are big with several options. Plenty of good quality sun beds Evening entertainment of a wide range of musical styles and generally very good Wide choice of food in buffet restaurant and several other restaurants to choose from on site but only one other close by off site. The food was nice and occasionally excellent. Room was spacious but bathroom was dated. Windsurfing, SUP and kayaks available to hire on site. Good bus route into Kos but no pavement or cycle path for the first half mile.

Very unhappy with the room allocation on arrival and had to complain to go to a more acceptable room Having spoke to several people it would appear i was not alone indeed some people appeared to get upgradedto sea views etc when i and others had pre paid for this and been allocated restricted views. On a positive note the staff were very caring and did everything to ensure clients had their issues resolved imparticular Katarina the customer relations manager who was excellent.

We stayed at this hotel from the 2nd to 11th June with our daughter, son-in-law and 2year old grandson George. The welcome staff greeted us with hot flannels and the a welcome drink on the upstairs terrace views were amazing. Whilst our stay all the staff including lifeguard around the children pool, bar staff, restaurant staff and the upstairs bar staff were very friendly and excellent with our grandson very attentive to us all. On our departure the management came to the coach to say goodbye. We were very sad to leave but will definitely go back next year.

Excellent accommodation, but too isolated, i.e. nowhere nearby except a taverna (excellent) & a small supermarket across the road.I would have preferred a 'bed & breakfast' option, but this was not possible due to the location.Bearing in mind the number of British persons in the hotel, perhaps a British television channel would be appropriate apart from the usual news channels?

Excellent week spent at the Kos Imperial Hotel, greeted by staff with cooling flannels on arrival after a late arrival following a long flight and transfer. This touch was very welcome. The check in was efficient. Staff all very friendly, and accommodating. Variety of food catering for all nationalities. Restaurant areas very clean (although no hand sanitation available on entering the restaurants, which surprised me for a hotel of this size). The location of the hotel is ideal, just a stones throw from the beach. Lovely pool areas set in landscaped gardens with plenty of sunbeds. Towel service available. Spa facilities and indoor swimming pool available. Our room was perfect, with a pool and sea view, very clean, light and airy with a good sized balcony for that evening drink. No sunsets sadly as the sunset on the other side of the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel for a perfect getaway, located directly on the beach. Staff and accommodation 5*. Would definitely return.

A really pleasant and relaxing holiday made all the better by staying at a quality hotel. The staff were very courteous, particularly the dining room staff. Food was great and enough choice for teenagers who were not so adventurous trying out local dishes. Pools and beach were very clean and tidy. Room was ideal for myself and 2 teenagers. Would definitely consider returning to same destination.

The best pools ever! Lovely food, always plent of choice & fresh, first class service, well maintained grounds & hotel. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable & the room was not as luxurious as some other 5 star hotels, not too much happening unless you get a bus to Kos old town, but I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Superb hotel with excellent rooms, restaurants and very friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable with quiet air con. The hotel grounds were very clean and spacious as was the private beach. The lagoon restaurant offered masses of choice and the standard of the meals was excellent. The restaurant staff were all very friendly and attentive. Particular praise to Sigi, Denis, Maria, Constantinos and Neofiotos. A mention also to Eltina, the chambermaid.

Amazing resort with excellent facilities and wonderful staff, always ready to please you! If you are looking for a Beach resort with amazing swimming pools area and a touch of green nature, with lots of flowers and well maintained gardens, superb food and super friendly staff, this is the place!!
