Nicon Apartments

We had a good week and met some lovely people. Hired bikes from next door only took us 10 mins to get to Kos town. Two good restaurants on main road as you turn right opposite side would not recommend the sports bar for food overpriced and VERY poor. Food at hotel reasonable price and average. Bar staff good. Rooms dated but clean needs updating cupboards showing signs of rotting due to leaks around sink. Owner can be grumpy. If you go over to Turkey make sure you go into the old port by the castle 45 min transfer if you do the 20 min transfer you go to the new port and will need to get a taxi or bus into the centre. I would expect it's very busy in the summer so personally would not go.

This hotel is great it’s in such a lovely spot in kos Idyllic Peaceful.. The staff are just the best so friendly and Welcoming 👍🙌.. Rooms are abit dated but nothing to moan about everything u need for self catering ..

Stayed here as a couple from 23rd to 30th May. Weather was fantastic, pool a tad chilly but once you were in it was lovely. We had the pool to ourselves for the first few days as we were the first guests of the 2019 season! There is also a free pool table, darts & table tennis if you fancy a break from your sunbed! The pool was lovely and clean and a nice size. The food & drink available at the bar was nice and a good price comparable to most of the bars & restaurants around the apartments. The rooms were your typical Greek apartment but clean and adequate. We hired bicycles from Dave next door for 4 Euro a day & the cycle track along the front is really good & flat for getting about. Kos Town is a good very flat 30 minute walk but you pass lots of bars, restaurants & shops/supermarkets along the way so it isn't a boring walk! Kos Town is beautiful at night with the lovely lit up boats in the harbour. We booked this week's holiday for a bargain price and had a lovely relaxing time with this lovely Greek family run apartments. We also got better weather than we have ever had in May in the Canary Islands!

Basic but very clean apartments with a really good pool area and good sunbeds with a decent space between them and umbrellas between two beds. Pool bar has a small menu for snacks and main meals. Rooms are equipped with suffient utensils to make snacks, not full meals

Single mum holidaying with 2 daughter's, my main requirements were to feel safe, good look a d close to the coast. I normally just read my book on holiday whilst my kids play.... I have never to somewhere as friendly and intimate as Nicon Apartments. Made friends by the pool, at the bar, everyone was just so lovely, the staff amazing and whole complex spotless. Greek night, Quiz & bingo, you can't help but get involved with everything. We hired bikes from next door and cycled in to Kos Town several times. Pool bar served nice food and a few nice taverns at the end of the road. People have been coming back here for years, and we will now be the same, thoroughly recommend. Lovely family run property.Rooms basic but clean.Beautiful gardens and pool area.Staff super friendly and always smiling.Made to feel welcome from moment we arrived.Best holiday for years.Would certainly return.

The whole holiday went smoothly. Well equipped, spotless and comfortable apartments which although basic offered everything one needed. It would have been even better if the air-conditioning was provided as standard instead on an extra 10E per day. The gardens, pool area and loungers were well maintained and everyone was very friendly. Good location far enough out of town to be peaceful yet close enough to walk into Kos Town.

Lovely great location a short distance of Kos town, nice and quiet at night . good for all ages young or old. I would go back there any time. Rooms are basic but would be nice if there was a Microwave in the rooms. All staff were help full and friendly. Supermarket near by and Bus service every hour to town.
