Hilton Budapest

The Hilton Budapest is a great hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are extremely nice and newly decorated. The location is a slight concern as walking back each night can be a bind. I think they should consider offering a free mini bus up and down the hill daily from say 8:00 - 22:00. I would recommend this hotel but bear in mind what I’ve said about it’s location.

Riverview room on 4th floor,fanastic view of Danube.Room was spotless and spacious,beds very comfortable. All staff very helpful and friendly. We've been all over the world and have stayed in some lovely hotels,this is one of the nicest in europe

Great hotel in a great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was of a very good standard , the only thing I would say what wasn't great was the coffee needed to be a lot stronger and of a better quality.

This was the first time we had stayed in a five star hilton hotel so cannot really compare to others, but this hotel was excellent and exceeded our expectations, from the cleaning staff to the top brass all were so polite and attentive to your every need.The only slightly negative point was that the breakfast although nice,wasn't five star maybe 4.5 but this really is nit picking. ,wasn't excellent

Will staying in Budapest the 5 star Hilton through Jet 2 breaks is great to select a a hotel easy access to both Buda and Pest use local transportation . Visit the touist sights as buildings are fantastic and a trip down the Danube is a must

Newly refurbished bedrooms in a fantastic location overlooking the Danube . Fantastic staff lovely food One of the best hotels we have stayed in.set on the Buda side close to the Palace with fab walks & a good selection of bars & restaurants on the doorstep

The Hotel is a superb location inthe old castle area in the heart of the sights, great view over the river. Old buildings give a great vibe. Restaurants are great and a bit more special than in Pest, not many bars though. Rooms are elegant very Vegas like, river view a must.

A very comfortable, well appointed hotel with an unparalleled Danube view ( if selected). Although not in the centre, the hotel is easily accessed using excellent public transport.The all day or 3 day travelpass is a 'no brainer'. I would stay here again!

great hotel with great views in parts of hotels and good to get to know the history of the city too. great transport links with buses trams and tour buses for people who enjoy to see places in different ways

On arrival from a taxi arranged by Hilton Budapest Hotel we were upgraded to superior King room in New Wing. Fantastic hotel walking distance to all major attractions. Great places to have dinner all within 5 minutes walk. Extended breakfast with lots of choices. Very friendly staff they even organise airport transfer for us. We will certainly visit again.

4 day break in lovely hotel on Buda side with great access to castle and church. Dining room nice with good views on clear day.Lots of choice at breakfast. See the sites at dusk, dawn when quieter and stunning.

This hotel is situated on a hill overlooking the Danube and Budapest city, the location is lovely. Although the hotel is quite old, it is very clean and is currently under going renovations and will be even better when completed. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfasts are very good with plenty of choice, we would gladly stay here again.

Quality hotel in Buda. Scenic location. Excellent breakfast. Dinner delicious. Lots of interesting places on the doorstep. Staff efficient and friendly. Regular number 10 bus takes you to Pest and back if the walk is too much - especially in the heat.
