Ibis Budapest Centrum

Fantastic location, near lots of great restaurants with plenty of options. Not very quiet in the mornings, but we didn't mind as we were up early and ready to go so we could make the most of the day time in Budapest. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was awful, not much choice however I have to say everything was absolutely spotless which is the main thing. Tip - bring a portable mirror if you want to use any electronics such as hair straighteners to get ready, there is only 1 plug in the room which is well away from the mirror.

Stayed here for a weekend break. A little out of the centre, but within walking distance of most of the main sights and also close to tram and bus stops. Facilities fairly basic but everything that you would need is available and all areas of the hotel were very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are a large number of restaurants and bars within the vicinity. We ate at several of them and the food in all of them was great, well presented and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location to visit main sites. Walking distance to so many places of interest. Great breakfast which is frequently refreshed. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Recommend vusiting indoor market plus Aldi is under it with great wines plus bakery.

Upon arrival for our extended weekend birthday celebration for my partner, we were greated with a very friendly welcome. Upon enter we found they had treated us to a heart shaped birthday cake. Many thanks for this lovely touch. The room was clean and well laid out. We found our room was kept to this standard daily. Breakfast was a treat for all comers, with cover for any pallet. The hotel is central and within an easy walk to any attraction. Excellent surroundings and restaurants are everywhere. We will definitely be back.

Just come back from a short break at the Ibis Centrum. This hotel is located down a auiet street with nice bars/restaurants. It is in a safe location near the metro and local transport plus hop on/off buses. The hotel is clean & tidy with friendly staff. The housekeeping is reliable. The breakfast is buffet style and is ample for your needs. There are free safety deposit boxes at reception if required. There is heating/air conditioning control in rooms. All in all a good base for exploring Budapest.

Could not fault the hotel, was in a lovely street, and for us in a perfect location. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and close by to many attractions. The breakfast at the hotel was very good, continental and the coffee was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable and although the rooms were on the small size they were adequate for a city break. The staff were extremely helpful and there was the added bonus of being able to use the safety deposit boxes in the room behind reception for money/passports etc and this was free of charge. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is in a great location with lots of good bars and restaurants very close and is also very handy for the metro station. Room was small but ok for the time we spent in it. Breakfast was included and had a variety of continental meats, cheeses and some hot options which varied during our stay.

An excellent budget hotel in a great area of Budapest. It was a 10 minute walk to the riverside / city centre and shops. However the street the hotel was on had several bars and restaurants so you had the choice of staying local or venturing further afield. Overall this hotel was an excellent choice of budget accommodation for a short break.

Great location, was access to underground system, local restaurants great, friendly staff nice and clean. We went for Christmas markets and they are spread out but it was was to access all from this hotel.
