Friendly helpful staff, spotlessly clean rooms, clean towels daily, nice shower, comfortable beds Plenty of choice for breakfast Close to public transport Lovely view up the river hot Self service hot drinks
The hotel is on the outskirts of the city so a good 10 mins walk to the start of the tourist area but however there is a very good tram link across the road .the staff were very helpful and friendly the rooms and hotel spotless the rooms were a bit too warm at times but having a balcony we could open the doors , I would recommend this hotel for a short city break
We had no cleaner for the 5 days we where there they accused us of smoking in the room when it was somebody else on the same floor very expensive for drinks breakfast didn't really cater for all mainly continental

No air conditioning! Open window and still over 82 degrees. Can't sleep. Don't recommend. Front desk is sorry but can't help.

The room was extremely hot with no fans available. The air conditioning didn't work and you couldn't open windows as traffic was noisy. The breakfast needs to have a better variety. Did not enjoy it. ... more

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
