This is the second year running we have visited this hotel, booked as a package with Jet2. It is easy to get to from the airport by bus, and well positioned in the shopping district for easy access to river, bridges and sights. The choice of items at the breakfast buffet, was very good and catered for every taste. The staff were very helpful and polite and the room had all you would want for a first class stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
Centrally located with shops, bars restaurants & local attractions literally on the door step. Book for breakfast as there is massive array on offer. Newly refurbished so neat aa a pin! It really does look as good as the online photos. My ONLY criticism was that on check in they asked for a swipe of a card for any extras. I clearly asked & was told categorically that no payments would be taken untill checkout. Within 2 days of arriving they has take 150000HUF from my account part of which I am still chasing a refund on 2 weeks later. Avoid this if you can & want to avoid charges from you card issuer. Disappointing as the rest was all excellent.
Great location, it is in close proximity to most of the places of interest in Budapest. Well decorated rooms recently refurbished. They provided a good varied menu at breakfast. The staff were really helpfull. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Budapest. We have a very nice bar on a pedestrian bridge. Very comfortable rooms for a good night sleep.

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
