The policy is provided by Jet2holidays, who is an appointed representative of ROCK Insurance Group. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The policy is underwritten by Euroins AD. We may share your personal information (including this call) with them in accordance with our privacy policy and terms and conditions. You will be provided factual information about the policy. You won't be provided with advice.


The policy provides you with:

- £10m medical expenses and repatriation cover
- £5,000 cancellation and curtailment cover
- £2,000 personal baggage cover

 

The maximum excess on this policy is £200, which is per person, per claim.

In order to be eligible to purchase the policy please can you confirm that everyone on the policy meets the following criteria:

• You all reside in the United Kingdom and Channel Islands
• You are all currently in the UK
• You are aged 85 years or under at the time of purchase
• You are all fit to undertake your planned trip
• Are you travelling against medical advice or with the intention of obtaining treatment or consultation abroad?
• Do you have any undiagnosed conditions that may require investigation or treatment in the future?
• Do you have symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19) or have you received a positive COVID diagnosis in the 15 days prior to booking your trip or buying your insurance

This policy offers cover for pre-existing medical conditions. If you require cover for your medical condition(s), you must declare them, although an increased premium or excess will be required to do so. To enable us to consider your medical condition please contact ROCK Medical Screening on 01293 665904, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Please be aware that if you do not declare your pre-existing conditions you will not be covered for any claim relating directly or indirectly to your conditions. Please also note that a medical screening endorsement is only valid when paired with a Jet2holidays travel insurance policy.

This policy contains restrictions on non-travelling close relatives.

You will receive a full copy of the policy wording and insurance certificate via email (24/48 hours).

Finally, I need to inform you that if you decide you don’t want the policy, you have 14 days from the point you receive your documentation to cancel it and receive a full refund, provided you have not made a claim and that you haven’t already travelled.
