Photos of the hotel have been more than carefully selected. Outside, no clear pavement or road. It's got cars parked constantly. Homeless lady who lives on the pavement opposite is quite noisy at night and really doesn't fill you with good feelings for the area. While I appreciate homelessness is a global issue which isn't easy to solve but I think the hotel should try to work with authorities and get her homed to improve the immediate vicinity, while helping a human being. Naples has the European disease of graffiti everywhere. The car park opposite is a classic example with barely a metre of wall not scribbled on. Flowers on balcony windows were not visible in June when we were there. Inside the hotel is dated and needs to at least get a refresh. The staff are superb, helping in any way they can as well as being friendly at either end of their shifts. Our room was towards the rear, so no view of the multi storey car park at the front. Instead, we had a view of a very unexciting hotel car park and the rooms on the opposite side of the car park. Inside, the rooms are ok, but a paint job won't hurt. The bathroom is very tired and needs to get a full refit. Tiles and grout are badly worn, but it is clean. In fact the level of cleaning is very good. The location is quite good for trips and eating out with the main rail station across the road. Train noises are not obvious. Overall, a nice hotel in its day but is not as good as it can be.
Great central location but shutters kept out all the noise at night. We were there on a busy weekend and they had run out of crockery and some food by the middle of the breakfast session. They stored our luggage for free after we had checked out before our later flight. Helpful staff.

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
