Hotel was a little further from airport than expected but had a great location, without general commuter traffic. The reception staff were very polite and helpful and our room was always kept clean and tidy. However, the minor frustration would be, despite there being a supply of coffee and tea bags in the room, there wasn't any milk. we were sent on a search expedition in order to get some from the hotel. Milk must be a treasured commodity at this hotel as they never provided a jug with milk at the breakfast table either. breakfast was fine if you chose not to have a cooked option, but lack of choice of eggs was a disappointment.
The location of this hotel is perfect; right on the front with great views over the bay, close to the restaurants and within easy walking distance of the major sights. Our room on the second floor had a great view of the bay, Capri and Castel Dell'Ovo. The service was excellent, the employees were all friendly and helpful, there was a good variety of food at breakfast and whatever time we ate there always seemed to be plenty of choice of food. The rooftop pool provided a welcome break after a day sightseeing although there is only limited room to swim (as half of the pool is very shallow). The electric shutter to the balcony mean it is easy to shut out street noise too.
The main issue was the average quality of the breakfast offering. Apart from this the hotel is well positioned and a good 4 star establishment. There is also good access to several restaurants only a short walk away
Very helpful staff clean not over priced and they feed you constant tasty snacks whilst you relax and have well deserved drinks. Great location everything you need within a short walk. The view from the restaurant is just breath taking. Upgrade your room worth the stunning view.

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
Free Child Places cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated.
