Excellent hotel . Shame about the surroundings . As the taxis were on strike we had an arduous journey from the airport . As for the Jet 2 representatives the phrase chocolate fire guard comes to mind . Via Carbonara on which the hotel is situated is an absolute tip . The hotel however is marvelous.
we had read mixed reviews regarding siting of the hotel yes the streets were not like our streets but naples is an old city so take that in to consideration, hotel clean and staff went out of their way to help or answer and questions, food good and excellent choice buffet breakfast, hotel is in good position for getting about the city by walking

We stayed here in September and used it as a base to site see in Naples, but also to visit Pompei, Sorrento and Capri. The hotel was conveniently located to get to many of Naples tourist sites on foot ... more

Absolutely beautiful palace! For our family, it was excellently situated next to the old center, providing great access to the authentic old Naples. The suite was perfect for our family.

One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
