We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's well situated, only a 10 min stroll to Piazza Bra which is the main square in Verona, which is an easy walk along the main road passing bars and cafes. Porta Nuova station is approx a 10 min walk away too. It's a large, corporate hotel with a large spacious lounge/bar area with plenty of seating along with seating areas outside the main entrance by the river. Just beware of mosquito! Staff are helpful and friendly enough, they just forget to smile. The rooms are very clean and tidy, just a tad dark. If you have a room to the back of the hotel with a balcony, your views are onto some sort of factory and the railway although there wasn't any excess noise. The shower is very good and there is plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathroom. The hotel can provide an iron and ironing board, and a (chargeable) pillow menu. We ate in the restaurant and although the pasta was good, the duck ragu and the fresh anchovy sauce were both tasteless. The buffet breakfast on the other hand was very good with plenty of choice and lots of fresh fruit. I don't always get up for breakfast on holiday, but made the effort here. The hotel is surrounded by lots of greenery which probably explained the amount of tiny flies which in a restaurant is very annoying.
A lovely hotel. Reception area is beautiful. Staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet excellent. Not too far to walk into central Verona. Very close to transport links. The underpass referred to in other reviews is not a problem as It is well lit, and relatively busy.
Great location and room. Fabulous breakfast. Just make sure you are on the correct side of the road coming out of the railway station. We got the train from the airport and discovered the hotel was next to a very busy road which you had to cross at the lights

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
