Hotel Puente Real & Aqualand Waterpark

I was a bit worried before we arrived at the hotel due to seeing some bad reviews. My advice would be to go and make your own mind up! We had a fantastic holiday from start to finish. Was everything perfect,No, but nothing serious. Staff were lovely, rooms were basic but fine, food was ok. If I had to be really picky then I’d say the paper cups spoil the drinks (Nick a glass from bar outside the restaurant and use that) A holiday is what you make, myself, partner and 2 girls aged 11 and 8 had our best holiday yet and would certainly return.

stayed here for 1 week 16th April. This was a much awaited holiday as it was cancelled from May 2019. Hotel facilities are fine, pool is good and clean albeit freezing cold. Rooms were find and kept clean. My main issue was the food. I took our two Grandsons 15 and 14 and I don't consider them to be "picky" eaters but the food was not good and I had to take them out for food every day so be warned and take cash or card to supplement purchase of outside food. At times I couldn't find anything decent for tea! Breakfast was ok and same for lunch. This hotel is getting by on a reputation and TV documentary which I myself saw but the food was not up to the 3 plus standard and they need to revise their menu and suppliers as the quality of the items were poor and tasteless.

I have visited this hotel a number of times and although I avoid high season times and school holidays as the pool area and restaurant are very very busy and there are no sunbeds unless your get up at a god unearthly hour to throw your towel on. On a whole I would recommend this hotel but would say it needs a little TLC. The location does make up for it as it is on the edge of a long promenade which is ideal for a good long walk and over the road from a lovely beach.

Excellent hotel couldn't fault it, food was great pool was spacious and warm, staff were brilliant entertainment was great.x definitely need to go back.x rooms were fantastic, the cleaners were lovely too on floor 4.x

Hotel Punte Real a very good Hotel but the reception staff were not helpful The Bar staffs specially MAME & DAVID were excelent Service with a smile always & friendly. Jet2 Rep IAIN was excellent & a very helpfull& polite person.& TSUNGI a Jet2 customer service helper was too good. T

2nd time at this hotel. 1st time in 2017 we had an Andalucian apartment and this time (April 2019) we got upgraded to a superior suite with a sea view. In both cases we went all inclusive and the accommodation was clean, the staff were friendly and the food was very good with plenty of choice. It is on The beach and has 2 swimming pools, the main pool and The smaller quieter pool if you want to just relax. The only downside was the distance to the main shopping area. However you could enjoy a stroll along the beach or get a bus or taxi ( which reception are happy to arrange for you free of charge). Overall an enjoyable place to holiday

Quiet location.Next to beach and long promenade.Ideal for restful holidays.Large well spread out holiday complex,and the Jet 2 rep was there 6 days a week.He was very helpful and pleasant with it!! We would go back to this hotel.

Had a fabulous week here with my friend to escape responsibilities just for a wee while. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Cleanliness was spot on. Food was gorgeous. Entertainment was entertaining. Loved every minute from arrival to sadly leaving
