Sueno Hotel Deluxe Belek

Service was discusting! I asked for white tea they got be black some times forks and knifes wasn't on the tables so we had to go manager to get that sorted or sometimes got from table next to us, Plates cups and forks always dirty in some sort of stains sometimes assistants didn't even served us chairs are also dirty, but over all hotel is amazing there is a mini club for kids and lots of other different stuff nearly everything was amazing exept service that ruined our family holiday.

Loved this resort! Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Food availability- excellent, around the resort throughout the day and the late night buffet. Food variety (all inclusive) - breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was huge, there's something to cater for everyone. Resort activities- for kids there was usually some type of daytime activity, at least 1 or 2 between 10.30am and 5pm and then evening activities starting at 8.30pm with a mini disco daily. The minions show, magic show and educational activities were great, but some more suitable for 3 age +. For adults, there were a wide range of water/sports, fitness classes, pool activities, theatre performances (amazing ones!) and live music in the evenings. Spa is quite pricey, but my husband had the Turkish bath and back massage which he was highly satisfied with. This is one resort which actually deserves a 5* rating for its services, staff were extremely attentive and welcoming.

Spent a week at the sueno at Xmas,it was a lovely hotel very opulent,rooms were fantastic,food very good,staff were always helpful,we were upgraded to a sea view room which was fabulous,they would be the rooms to have in the summer the veiws were amazing,Infact we loved it that much we will be going back in the summer

We loved this hotel. Fantastic for kids. The kids club is great and even offer a baby sitting service. Pools are great. It's a very clean hotel and its just beautiful! No expense spared. My kids have allergies and they went above to ensure they were catered for. We loved it so much we have booked again for next year.

A Lovely hotel and some great staff (especially Mehmet & Bozan who really took the time to get to know people and talk to them) My only criticism would be there were too many dancing shows after a week we got a little fed up of the same thing. we have already been pricing up for next year

5 STARS FOR THE HOTEL / FOOD / AMENITIES / ENTERTAINMENT and 6 Stars for the staff, without great staff a good hotel is nothing. We have been going to Turkey for around 15 years and stayed in 5 Star Hotels. Sueno is the best 5 Star in so many ways, so the rest should start improving. Thank you to all the staff that made this a PERFECT FAMILY HOLIDAY. A handshake goes a long way so does a smile.

We stayed at the Sueno Deluxe between 24th April to 1st May 2017 and travelled with our 2 young children under 4. We had an absolutely wonderful time at the hotel. The facilities are great and they have gone to a lot of effort and money to make an beautiful hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean and we opted for a seaview which I would recommend paying the extra for... after all you go for the view! The food was great with so much to choose from and served at several times throughout the day, so you don't really every go hungry. Swimming pools were clean and great fun with kids water slides and games, etc. Although would be good if they were heated as water was quite cold in April. By far the best part of the hotel was the kids club, which ultimately is why we went here in the first place. The kids had an amazing time and were so well looked after by the girls in the Lollipop club who genuinely doted on them. There was lots for them to do and they were kept entertained throughout the holiday. Do note though under 4 have to be accompanied by a parent or you have to pay babysitting charges but over 4 can be left alone with the minders. I would definitely visit this hotel again although i would consider travelling later in the year when it is a little bit warmer and also the hotel is busier, as it was relatively quiet. Which some people may prefer.

An amazing resort which catered for all my family needs. Sumptuous interior and lobby and certainly has the wow factor. If this hotel was in Dubai you would be looking at double the cost. Can't recommend it highly enough. The rooms where outstanding and spacious. The service was fantastic and the food was beautiful. So much for the kids to do throughout the day and evening.

Visited this hotel in Sept 2016. Fantastic holiday. Hotel is beautiful rooms clean and luxurious. The bathrobes, toiletries and well stocked mini bar an added bonus. Ate mostly in main restaurant as great choices. Used Mexican a la carts twice and really enjoyed it. Our favourite spot was round the Spa outdoor pool if you want peace and quiet. All staff friendly and helpful and a special mention to the lovely Birsel at the Spa Juice Bar who kept us supplied with tasty fruit juices and coffees. If I have one complaint it's the lack of sticking to dress code in the a la carte restaurants. A lot of folk think it's ok to turn up in beach gear and nobody mentions to them that it's not acceptable. A real shame when the hotel have done their best to make it 5 star luxury and staff in a la carte's are dressed accordingly.

Beautiful hotel but suffering somewhat from recent drop in tourism. (We were also there at the time of the attempted Coup which was bound to affect staff!) Food and service in A La Carte restaurants excellent but not so good in main restaurant. No themed nights (although they had these last year - I think these have been ditched in an attempt to save money?) Good choice of food but pretty much the same every night. Hotel not full and I think was running with less staff to try to cut costs - this did have an effect on service. We had a family room with a large double bed in one room and a double and 2 pull out beds in the other. Our 2 teenage children were in the 2nd room and were both too tall for the pull out beds - nor did the want to share the double! We approached customer services and to be fair they were very helpful in providing a single bed to replace one of the pull outs but this took a couple of days to sort out and left the room a little cluttered. 2 singles instead of the double would have been better - then they can be pushed together or separated to suit the guests. Location wise the hotel is right on the beach and very quiet. It is also quite a wayy from any shops/bars/restaurants to if you are looking for a bit of night life or like to walk in to town this is maybe not the hotel for you. Entertainment was of a high standard with professional dance groups/acrobats/musicians brought in every night and sports/pool activities through the day. International branded drinks - which is always a good thing! Lots to keep kids of any age entertained (cinema, disco, kids club, games arcade etc) and the pool was spotlessly clean. Most staff spoke several languages, including English and were friendly and helpful. Rooms and restaurants/bars spotlessly clean but carpets in corridors were grubby in places. We paid a lot of money for this hotel and were annoyed when we discovered that they were offering 40% discount to Turkish nationals in an attempt to fill all rooms! This would be the reason for some of the cutbacks which meant we did not feel that we got value for money. Overall, not perfect but a very nice hotel - we had a great holiday.
