great hotel great location great staff special mention to Lucy, thanks for another wonderful holiday the food is very good, there is something for everyone the views across the bay are great . we will be back.

We had a super week with staff who couldn't do enough for us, fantastic food and a spotless room. The beach and pool area were great . The view from our room was just beautiful. It was the staff who made it extra special. Wonderful !

Very good hotel of its type. Very good location. Excellent staff. Very good facilities. We had a junior suite which was well worth additional cost. Enjoyed tennis and pool. Excellent dining room staff and desk staff. Very clean.

Our second visit to Molins as it was so good the first time. The staff are so welcoming and friendly which gives the hotel a great atmosphere. Great service, from Nony at reception and the restaurant staff who are exceptional. it is quiet and suitable for older families. Weather from the north brings huge waves and means the beautiful beach at Molins becomes a no go zone for swimming...so be warned.

Yet another great experience at the Molins hotel. This is our fifth visit and the hotel should be congratulated for its consistency. Most of the staff have been at the hotel for some time and show tremendous customer service skills Whilst it a little unfair to pick individuals out as all of the staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful I would like to compliment 6 staff who made our holiday this year. Jamie in the restaurant was exceptional as were Mario and Luis. The beach bar is exceptional due to Sir Juan and his team and Matthew and Juanann in the bars helped make our holiday. Food in the restaurant was interesting and varied and the themed evenings added good variety and showed imagination. Although Lucy was a great new asset to the evenings entertainment we felt that one or two of the acts were somewhat lacking. Lucy tried hard to keep the evenings moving along Happy to recommend this hotel for quality service with friendly staff. Accommodation was clean and the servicing of rooms very thorough

it was our first visit to this hotel, we wanted a chill out holiday and we certainly got that.All the staff were very friendly and helpful. the only downfall is the rooms, bathroom only room for one person at a time, rooms are clean but a bit dated.just needs bringing iinto the 21st century. having said that we had a great holiday'

The hotel is in a fantastic location with wonderful views. Quiet and relaxing location, but very easy access by car to the old towns of Pollensa and Alcudia. Very good food and very attentive and friendly staff. Rooms a little tired but the location and views make up for this. Lovely atmosphere with many people returning again and again. We will certainly go back!
