Such a lovely hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere ore for the mature traveler. Food was very good pool area kept very clean could have done with Moore sun beds. Room with balcony very nice air-conditioning worked very well and bathroom excellent

A great hotel, where the staff are terrific (Nothing seems to be too much trouble). The hotel is spotless throughout and we enjoyed the food at both breakfat and evening meal. We have booked again for next and are looking forward to visiting again.

The hotel was extremely clean, bedding and towels were changed daily, the grounds were immaculate and all the staff were Very friendly and helpful, The food was top and plentiful. The pool was fantastic and you did not have to fight over beds. Over all this was a good little break

A lovely hotel with a stunning view over the bay. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and friendly, the food is great, with so much choice, and the pool is just right for a gentle dip or swim. Everything happens around the front of the hotel with its lovely terrace. Perfect for couples -more mature- but I would go with younger children too.

Nice hotel pleasant and helpful staff but it is very quite with limited entertainment harbor area again very nice but unless you are eating no entertainment es castell which is only a short taxi ride is a better bet

This was our sixth stay in the last five years and we were not disappointed. This is an ideal hotel for couples, nice and quiet with great views over Mahon harbour. We are pleased to find that the bathrooms hsd been fully refurbished this year with a wet-room shower instead of the old shower over the bath. The staff were as friendly and competent as ever despite a lot of new faces.

Location of hotel is good, other than that nothing else is. The rooms are tiny and not clean. The storage space is very small and we could not use the drawers as they would not open. Beds are very old and worn out and uncomfortable, don't expect a good nights sleep. Pool area has grass around it which is watered during the night but all this does is make the areas around the sun beds muddy.

The hotel is well managed and its staff are very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean with sensible furniture. The pool area is kept very tidy and the restaurant is good for both breakfast and dinner. It is close to the sea and about half an hours walk to the old town. There are lots of restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

We loved this hotel, the room was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great. Food was excellent with lots of choice for vegetarians. Situated a mere 10 minute stroll into the town where there were lovely shops, cafes and bars.

The hotel was very clean and well situated. The staff were very help full, but the top thing was the food, the food was the best that I have had on holiday anywhere. Overall a good holiday. I would definitely try and visit this hotel again.

The hotel was great, the food was delicious, the staff very nice. The only problem we had was our balcony was very close to a wall with lots of pipe's, with no view what so ever. It took us three days to get a different room which was much smaller but it had a good balcony with a view of the garden.

The hotel is in a lovely location,very clean and the staff are very friendly. We were given a free upgrade to half but but we enjoyed eating down in the harbour so much we never had one dinner in the hotel. Breakfast is lovely and very laid back,no being room checked or shown to a particular table. It is only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Mahon and just 2 minutes down the steps to the harbour.. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, staff are lovely. The is a sunbed issue not enough and some people were reserving beds by putting towels on them and then disappearing for a few hours. I don't think that is fair but what can you do. The food was nice and they keep topping up so you don't run out. Lots of choice. Our room wasn't great very small no balcony and nowhere to put anything

love the location of this hotel. The hotel is more 3.5 star than 4. Having to ask for re-stock of shampoo and soap is not 4 star. The hotel could do with an upgrade but its far from bad we would still go back. Bar staff very good. Could do with service at breakfast for tea or coffee. Takes three trips to get teapot cups and milk. small trays for above would help however 4 star hotels normaly have service for tea and coffee. Food at breakfast and dinner was always very good. We would be more than happy to go back.
