Suite Hotel Playa Del Ingles

The hotel was very clean and spacious. Pools were clean and never any problems getting a bed but don’t think it was full. Restaurant was well laid out with a variety of options,there was always something being cooked outside. It was quiet in the evening not a lot of entertainment day or night. The roof terrace with jacuzzis was nice but didn’t go to the nudist section. The hotel is in a good location with the beach a short walk and also a shopping centre close by with bars and restaurants. Overall a good holiday

we visited the hotel 4 years ago and had always said we would like to return.The rooms are fresh and comfortable,the staff were friendly and always happy to help,but the best feature is the roof top terrace..With good views all around and 3 whirlpools ,you can beat it.There is always enough beds and when it gets too hot there is the bar with adjustable roof covering.On the ground are the pools and again there is plenty of sunbeds to go around. If you prefer the beach then it just across the road. Although there was no as much choice as last time we visited there was still plenty of choice and never got monotonous. I can recommend this hotel

Stayed here for a week in May. Rooms are great, modern and well equiped, ours had a side sea view with balcony. The food was good with a massive choice, they had thought of everything, especially barbecue night which was excellent. The hotel was well located right near the beach of Maspalomas. I would recommend this hotel if you like this area of Gran Canaria, but personally we prefer to stay in Amadores.

First adults only holiday for us. Fantastic hotel, food was good throughout. Gluten free menu available, some food labels on display but staff are willing to find out if you ask. Next to last day a chef handed me a seperate gluten free menu, probably a good job otherwise I would have had the chocolate cake every night. Roof terrace is brilliant. Two side one for nine naked people and one for those who want to be free from clothes, nothing can be seen of the nudists unless you go into that area which is good. Room was excellent. We are definitely going to come back again in the future and we have never returned to the same hotel or resort before.

Hubby and I stayed for seven nights all inclusive. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in.Bright and immaculately clean. Staff welcoming and friendly. We requested a low floor room which we got on the 2nd floor overlooking the inner garden and a sea view just looking out to the left. Spacious room level access shower. Only negative about room I would have liked chest of drawers to put clothes in but not too bigger deal we coped. Pool towels provided which can be changed daily. We stayed all inclusive the drinks are ok but if you go half board you get better quality drinks. I felt we almost being penalised for paying more but got inferior drinks. Would have liked option to pay a bit more to upgrade the drinks package which we’ve done in other hotels. On the whole the food was good I had an upset stomach the first day, I eat scrambled eggs for breakfast which was cold! We did inform the rep, after this I opted to go to the freshly prepared counter where you could get fried eggs omelette etc. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop be warned there is a nude sunbathing area discreetly out if sight until they stand up to adjust their sun beds. Also on our last day waiting to get transport to airport a large gentleman choose to display all his wears! Looking over the balcony screen which is glass. It was all on show which I found disturbing as family’s with children were walking along the pavement below I feel this nude area should be completely screened. We did have a fabulous stay we were a large party of twelve in all.

The hotel was excellent for relaxation in quiet atmosphere, Bar and sunbathing on top floor with view really good, ideal for amenities near by when needed,Good facilities, spotlessly clean, spacious rooms, helpful staff, food choices for everyone the cooking station we really enjoyed the fresh offerings rather than the pre made buffet which we feel less choice on this would maybe enable it to provide a few dishes to a better quality, but overall good. Exceeded our expectation of all inclusive break

Lovely hotel, very clean, excellent facilities, very friendly helpful staff. All staff were very helpful and always happy to offer advice on any subject from where to find the best shops, beach transport etc. Only downside for us was staying in room 418 we didn't get any sun on our 2 great balconies until around 3.30pm which spoilt our enjoyment of just lazing to have a quiet read. Also that room faced a busy street and we had very loud music every night going on till 4.30 - 5.00am. You definitely needed ear plugs. Otherwise a lovely hotel.

What a fantastic Adults Only Hotel in Playa del Ingles on Gran Canaria.. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Location is ideal for the town or beach front. All inclusive meals are fantastic...great choice of food, excellent quality. Staff cant do enough for you. A great selection of beers wines and spirits on the all inclusive list. This is an adults only hotel and it is great to be sitting around a quiet pool, and not falling over wild kids while parents get plastered at the all inclusive bar!

This hotel has so many plus's. It is spotlessly clean every where. The staff are all very friendly and efficient, the facilities are good. Rooms are comfortable and the choice of pool area's is good. Location is nice close to everything without feeling you are in a noisy city - sound proofing in C block was absolutely brilliant didn't hear noise from adjoining rooms or outside.The restaurant however lets this property down food is labelled in places and not always correctly - onion rings were calamari for example - good job I'm not allergic of veggie. It was repetitive and often dinner was then served again the following lunch. On a 7 night holiday roast chicken was served on the show cooking counter 4 times. All the food was either luke warm or cold and this was raised with the management who agreed it was below the min legal temp 37 degrees instead of the min 55 - not only did this spoil what could have been nice dishes but made us worried about safety. On our last day breakfast was stone cold and this was after we had raised the worries about cold food to management - appeared nothing was changing. There were some strange combinations at some meals but the hotel is mainly made up of German guests so possibly this was to their taste rather than a UK palate - peas and brocolli seemed strange to us for breakfast and quite why the porridge on one day contained coco pops I really don't know.Wouldn't return again because of the food which is a shame because the rest of the hotel is brilliant, but nice food is all part of our holiday and here this was a let down. We were all inclusive - I suppose if you went B&B and then ate out you would probably of been happy.

Wouldn't go again was to quiet for me nothing going on in the day poor entertainment at night only serve beer until 11pm and on the rooftop you have to sit and wait to be served .When this was busy we waited half hour to get a drink .This hotel in my opinion caters for z Germans.

The hotel was very nice. Pool areas great. Location great. Rooms very nice. The food did seem more to the taste of germans than British. Some evenings it was difficult to find anything to choose to eat. The choice was not great. Lunch time was better. The service was a.little slow even though they were not busy. Was a little disappointed as we paid alot of money.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly, facility's were excellent Cleanliness very good, location is excellent within walking distance to beach and local centre for shops restaurants and bars, will definitely be going back and would highly recommend this hotel
