OLE Tropical Tenerife

Visited in December 2023 for Xmas. Very clean great location and friendly helpful caring staff. Pool and restaurant really clean, food was very good and lots of variety. Rooms were average but very clean. TV was hit and miss and remote didn't always work. Room could have done with some updating. Again the cleaning staff were amazing. Had to pay £25 deposit for iron, ironing board and kettle though which was a hassle on arrival. Resort is great, nice short walk to the beach. Would definitely go again if room upgraded. Loved all the staff.

Hotel is clean, well air conditioned, entertainment staff were brill, bar staff brill however could tell the overall moral was low.. food could be better.. no smoking throughout the hotel, except for in 1 corner and includes not being able to smoke on your balcony.. also witnessed the staff fighting at the christmas party which was held at the hotel

Great staff, lovely food, excellent location, just 10 mins walk to the strip and beach but far enough to not hear any noise. Would definitely stay again, great value for money. The weather could have been better though 🤪.

Stayed at Ole Tropical for 10 days in April this was our 9th stay at this hotel. What brings us back are the staff. Friendly courteous and nothing is too much trouble. The Hotel is spotless, rooms good and restaurant is lovely. Great variety of food and always good. We stayed on all inclusive and couldn’t have been better. We must mention Dias Olena Gabriel Giovanni and Annabelle such wonderful people who make this Hotel. Animation team are wonderful as well can’t remember their names but always smiling and had time to speak with guests. Will we be back absolutely we won’t stay anywhere else when in Tenerife. Ten stars to this Hotel.

I thought this hotel was good value for money, but there’s room for improvement. The food could be better, some days were better than others. The food wasn’t labelled properly, so was unsure what everything was! We got a little bit fed up with it by the end of the week. The bathroom could do with a shaving mirror, there are no draws whatsoever in the room, which I thought strange. Apart from that everything else was fine, lovely staff, good entertainment, nice swimming pool, not too far from everything. Our room was on 1st floor with a huge balcony enough room for 2 sun beds and a table and chairs. The only problem was that people on the floors above kept throwing their cigarette butts/ash over onto our balcony. All in all we enjoyed our holiday but probably wouldn’t go back to this hotel.

This hotel is a great hotel to stay in.. staff are so welcoming and friendly. We have stayed in this hotel 4times now and we really enjoy it as it’s not far from the beach or the centre. It is kept very clean

I just wanted to say what a fantastic hotel this is. I have visited there twice in the last year and hopefully my booking will go ahead in a September 2020 where I hope to celebrate my Ruby Wedding with my husband. I have travelled to many hotels far and wide but this is my 1st choice when travelling to Tenerife..in fact this is one of the best hotels I’ve visited full stop. I feel so at home there. The staff are unbelievable. They work so hard and love to mingle with the guests, telling their stories and having a laugh. The bar staff are crazy but in a good way and for some reason have specific powers. How on earth can they go around half a dozen tables and memorise what each one wants to drink. Never found this in any hotel.always with a twinkle in their eye and a smile. Chocolates are given away in abundance.each day they come round the grounds with a basket filled will beautiful chocolates or it could be skewers of fresh fruit...cool icy slushes to cool you down. Never known these touches anywhere else. Food in the restaurant is impeccable. Great choice and tasty too. Everyone works so hard. Well hopefully we will see everyone 5th September and look forward to our glass of bubbly when we arrive . The entertainments manager ISA is leaving the hotel this year and is getting married in September. We wish her all the best and will be a huge miss. But I’m sure the service will still be as good. The Hotel itself was very good, clean and good food. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. However the foul smell from the area was horrendous the staff at reception said it was coming from an unknown company doing work just up the road and had been like it for the past two weeks but staff from one of the local bars said it had been like it considerably longer.This would I'm afraid stop me from booking a stay at this lovely hotel again.

Amazing amazing amazing!! We could not recommend this hotel enough. Myself and my family has the BEST time here. We stayed for 10 days and the staff could not be faulted. Everyone was so helpful. The entertainment staff, Denise, Tomas and Diego were wonderful. Denise put in the effort everyday to ensure our son had been spoken to. Tomas sang happy birthday to him and Diego is hilarious. The reception and cleaning team are so lovely and extremely helpful. I could go on. Thank you so much Ole Tropical. We miss you all!!

Just returned from a week all inclusive and have nothing but praise for all the staff at this hotel the bar staff,animation team,housekeeping and waiting staff work so hard and nothing is too much trouble .food cgoue is good although sometimes repetitive but our son who is 14 and very fussy ate a good meal everyday booking to go next year for longer cant wait

Nice hotel nice food brilliant staff but it’s 50 yards outside the fence that matters .. drunken Spanish pissing and throwing bottles and glasses every night and also prostitution outside .. stayed for a week and didn’t get one night sleep
