Applications must be made via the enquiry form on the Colleague Discount Website
Colleagues must use their job title and work email address to make the enquiry
All requests will be acknowledged within 7 calendar days of receipt. At this point the Colleague Discount Team will provide an estimated amount for the % of discounted rate and price estimate
It may take up to two weeks to obtain confirmation if a discounted rate can be applied, at which point, the Colleague Discount Team will contact you by email to book. Flights, transfers and baggage will be booked via email with standard Jet2holidays T&Cs applied.
The cost of the accommodation will be payable locally to the hotel in resort upon arrival at the discounted rate, which will be payable in Euro's (excluding Türkiye, which may be payable in great British pounds.)
This discount is based on a full Jet2holidays package holiday only. It is not possible to remove bags/transfers from this booking or to book individual flights or accommodation
If no hotelier discount can be provided; colleagues can book via the Contact Centre using their unique £200 off promotional code.
A maximum of 2 rooms per booking can be made
The colleague must travel on the Jet2holidays booking
Colleagues must still be employed and not under notice at the time of travel – we reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time or demand repayment of the value of the discount given
Colleagues must have been employed by Jet2plc for a minimum of 6 months at the time of booking to be eligible for this benefit
However, Seasonal/Fixed term colleagues (upon completion of 6 months employment) are able to enjoy any holidays booked whilst in employment and up to 3 months after their official leaving date
All holidays must be booked in accordance with the individual’s annual leave entitlement and any holidays must be approved prior to any bookings being made
Colleagues must not have any live warnings on file or be going through the disciplinary process at the time of booking or travel
Discounts can only be applied to new bookings, these cannot be retrospectively applied
Colleagues should be mindful that they are representing the Jet2plc brand (Jet2holidays & Jet2.com) at all times

Should a colleague find reason to raise a written complaint as a result of their holiday, this should be raised in the first instance with their Line Manager. If deemed appropriate by your Line Manager this will be escalated
This is a discretionary scheme and we reserve the right to amend/change/cancel or vary the rules of the scheme without any prior notice
Any amendments to a Colleague Discount booking must be completed via the Contact Centre. Standard amendment fees will apply as per the terms and conditions of booking. You are not permitted to amend your own booking. Should any amendments be made to the date, duration, destination, accommodation, number of passengers e.c.t the booking will cease to be a Colleague Discount booking and as such will be subject to normal admin fee’s/ uplifts / loss of hotel discount if amended or you would have to start the request process again.
Colleague Discount team within Operational Support. If you are part of either of these teams, then the appropriate Team Leader must create the booking.
Any exceptions to these policies must only be granted by General Manager/Director or above, and they must be provided in writing.
Ancillaries must not be added to any booking free of charge or at a reduced cost for friends or family bookings. These can be added via MMB once the booking is confirmed.
