Venezia Resort Hotel

The hotel was nice & clean and staff were very friendly, particularly the reception staff. One pool bar staff member not so friendly, in fact he looked miserable all of the time! The food, well where do I start! My partner and I are not fussy eaters at all, however the food at this hotel was somewhat to be desired. We have been to many all inclusive hotels and yes, this is not a 5* hotel, however you do expect the “hot” food to be hot, not warm or sometimes, cold. We were 1st in the queue many times and experienced the food to be cold. The choice of food was not great either and was far too “salty”. The snack bar only served pizza and chips every day and it would have been nice if they’d switched it up daily or provided more if a choice. The ice cream was only available for 2 hours per day, whereas I’ve been to other hotels and it’s been available for most of the day. I would not come back to this hotel for my reasons stated regarding the food which is a shame because the hotel itself is nice.

we have stayed here before never been disappointed that's why we went back. we stayed in new part of hotel these are not superior rooms .. tiny .. cannot swing a cat around, no wardrobe.. a rail on the wall and a small rail at that, bath room shower and toilet, so small had to leave door open or you was standing right next too loo, we heard complaints every day , staff was lovely as always.. but such a disappointment, and the food was repeated every couple of days and basic, if you didn't if like pasta and chips and nuggets well, you had to arrive early to get a good selection, other wise once gone its gone, well so disappointed not going again.

I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about? I spent two weeks here, and I couldn’t fault my stay. All the staff was very polite. The nighttime entertainment was good. However the food, did get repetitive. Also I would opt for the “luxury double” newly furnished rooms, with new sitcom systems fitted. With the standard rooms the aircon isn’t all that. All in all, I’d highly recommend/ and will defiantly be coming back the Venezia resort in the future!

The hotel was clean and tidy. Unfortunately it's very isolated with building work next door. We were all inclusive but found they had a lot of restrictions in place. Food was ok but it was luke warm. They were running out of stock and didn't refill and stored away a lot of sun lounger as if closing down. Not an easy walk to the beach i'd say more than 2km, coming back is all up hill nothing to do near hotel and no shops

Went with my partner and my 1 year old son, we had an amazing time. Food was ok could have been better, the room was nice with a good view. Staff at the hotel where very friendly and welcoming. Overall we had a good time.

great holiday rooms cleaned daily, towels changed daily , can be noisy at time as young groups go there, but this is our 3rd time, FIRST time all-inclusive., which was very disappointing food choice not good, loads of people said the same, quality of food good but choice poor, the new pools and water park BRILLIANT.GOING BACK just hopefully not all-inclusive.

Had a lovely time here with two friends recently, staff are super friendly and the surroundings are very pretty. But the all inclusive food was weak at best and the ‘all inclusive’ cocktails (only served between 6-10pm!!) were a choice of two - blue lagoon or sex on the beach. (Both very strong and lovely) but any others cost €7 each. Which when you’ve paid for all inclusive seemed a little unfair. Our room was lovely, just been redone but the cleaners didn’t change the beds until we actually stripped them as a hint. and never mopped the floor the whole time we were there. Overall ok - would 1000000% revisit Greece but would stay elsewhere.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Venezia Resort. We had a great holiday and the hotel was great. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh bed sheets and towels each day. The facilities such as pool areas and bars were also very clean and very nice. My little boy loved the holiday and made lots of friends and all of the staff were extreamly friendly and helpful they made a big effort to talk to us and make us feel welcome and always made a big fuss of my son. Very friendly family run hotel. The food was always varied with something for everyone did get slightly repetitive some days however I think anywhere would if eating there every day. We were all inclusive so also included snacks in the day time. Would have been nice to have a few more options at the pool bar included in the all inclusive. Drinks were ok. We haven’t stayed in all inclusive before so can’t compare but we were happy overall. Location wise we knew it would be a slight walk to the beach however the free bus to and from the beach was really good and if not everyone could fit on the driver would make two trips no problem. Overall we had a really good holiday at Venezia and we would happily return. Thank you to all of the staff xx

If you are looking for a great location this is the hotel for you. It has great views across the bay, on the doorstep of the town 7 close to the beaches. Rooms are cleaned every day but are very basic (not even a kettle) but they do all have air con for a small charge. Staff are friendly & polite. Breakfast is a continental buffet style which is more than adequate The only downside to this hotel is the pool area. It is a lovely pool with a great pool bar but... During our 2 week stay we never once managed to get a sunbed. Apparently to get one you need to get up at 7:00 & put your towels out even though there is a sign saying not to until after 9:00..
