Chatur Hotel Costa Caleta

Just got back from our 10 day trip, it’s a typical 3 star hotel. Room was clean and well maintained, the food was ok but you get what you pay for. The only 2 negative points were.......no real entertainment for my 3 year old and we had to check out at noon when we got picked up at 19:00, our bands were removed meaning we had to sort our own food on the last day. All in all I was happy and would recommend

Excellent hotel exactly what we expected nothing to much trouble to sort out any issue which we didn’t have issues food was good variety was plentiful pools was good plenty of staff around to help snacks was excellent

Stayed here 2nd week of May, very clean, any issues with maintenance in the room were quickly resolved , food was plentiful but a little repetative, drinks were fine but no cider which would have been even better , no ice lollies for kids or snacks likes crisps these have to be purchased from vender machines. We had a great holiday all in all and the staff particular the reception and entertainment ppl were brill, would love to visit again.

Before staying here we had read the numerous reviews and was slightly worried , we arrived very late in the evening and the reception staff were brilliant a glass of sangria and a very quick check in combined with a late meal ticket was just the job , our room was clean and airey , bathroom was slightly dated only thing then let it down was the beds , they were well past there use by date and should have been replaced ten years ago, friends we was with had a topper which in fact was a sunbed cushion no use at all , they really need to address this if they want returning customers , food was ok not as bad as some of the reviews , some strange combinations but al1 perfectly edible . My biggest gripe was all inclusive ending at 12 we had to wait until 6pm for our transfer and considering we had only used about an hour on arrival day thought this was a let down why should we pay again 8€ to extend when we had already paid for a holiday , all in all if your expecting a 5star holiday with a la carte dining at every meal and top class entertainment don't book here , if on other hand you want a cheap and cheerful break with average food then this is your hotel , just save some euros for your last night and enjoy a excellent meal at Fado Rock I highly recommend it

The food choice, quality and selection let this hotel down, 1 night is Indian night and if you do like Indian food you are eating from the childrens corner, just salad or going out. Not enough salad choice and the entertainment staff who to be fair are new are from Italy and could not speak English except an odd word. On the positive the staff are very helpful and position is good. Not a 3 star in my book.

Stayed in room 2002 room was ok a bit run down mainly the bathroom. Was still useable and reasonably clean. Bed was hideous!! Had to share with a fidgety 10 yyear old but every movement made a loud noise and could feel springs. Ended up using two blankets underneath to make it more comfortable but would say that you could feel every tiny movement from the other person in it. Didn't have a single good nights sleep. Pool ok but no parasol. Food ok for adults but children's meals consisted of burger pizza or hot dog and chips. Ok but not every single day!! Snacks consisted of dried up sandwiches ham and cheese left out or dried bread. Chips and cakes that were left over from breakfast. No real variety at breakfast or desserts. Have had better choices at other hotels. But most food was ok. Be aware that you lose the all inclusive at 12 when you check out which wasn't in the description. Reception will not extend that without charging you more even if you are only waiting for an extra hour or so. We didn't arrive till later in the day so didn't receive a full 7 days all inclusive. We didn't pay but continued to help ourselves to drinks as I had my daughter who needed them and also grabbed her a hot dog for lunch but didn't have my band on. Overall ok if you don't pay a lot and can sleep anywhere.

Great value for money. For a 3* hotel the standard is quite good. Breakfast very good, lunch and dinner could do with a bit more choice. The staff was very friendly, rooms small but kept clean. Hotel is only 8 mins away from the airport . We had a great week and definitely would go back.

Hotel Costa Caleta is just one street behind the sea front hotels and costs a lot less. You get to enjoy all the beauty of the promenade, the sea crashing on rocks, the harbour bars, restaurants and even chipmunks on the rocks .Good location for everything and hotel suits all from singles to couples and families. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly helpful staff.

Very clean and spacious hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful facilities as fully advertised. Wide selection of foods during meal times and basic straight forward foods during snack times. Would thoroughly recommend hotel and resort.

The hotel is in a good location and is clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. But the food is not good very bland,cold and variety rubbish. Boiled eggs not cooked properly, snacks cheap ok if you like burgers,chips and stale sandwiches. Most of fruit and veg not fresh. Overall just avoid the food and a good holiday you will have.

When we arrived to the hotel the check in process was very quick and simple. We were also welcomed with the glass of Sangria which was a nice surprise. Our room was not very large but clean and nice with nice bathroom, large tv set and a balcony. Hotel has nice pools. On the roof there is a mini golf course, little pool and jacuzzi, there are also sunbeds, so you can sunbath there not worrying about moving shade. All inclusive food was rather average and alcoholic drinks rather poor. Service however was pretty efficient, staff was nice. Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the large sandy beach, shops and clubs.

This hotel was extremely friendly, staff were engaging, food and service was excellent, hotel was clean and comfortable, close to amenities and well located. Trips were easily booked at reception and transport was easy pick up immediately outside hotel.
