Hotel Arena Suite

lovely hotel in good location, food very good and staff very friendly, only downside was the evening entertainment, san Miguel on tap was very good, you could help yourself too! all inclusive good value for money

cleaner cleaned rooms every day and changed bedding and towels as requested No drawers on any furniture which would be helpful. Service was very good and friendly,cleaner was very courteous and helpful and done a marvellous job.

We had a great time, friendly staff and improved food. My cousin did comment there was too much salt in the food however I did not eat much meat or sauces and didn't have the same experience. The more varied deserts was a bonus since my last visit. Room kept tidy and for the most part well cleaned. The hotel is nice and well kept. The shower would have needed more attention daily, more consistently good food, better quality performers and the sudden banning of inflatables in the pool are areas for improvement. Andrea and his assistant were amazing and helped is to exercise and have fun by the pool with games such as darts, shuffleboard and table tennis. Andrea and bar staff ensured we had fun in the evenings and the games room is an added bonus for adults and children alike.

the hotel was very clean throughout and the entertainment was first class. I did have some reservations about the meals. I cannot fault the breakfast, but the lunch and evening meals were at times hit and miss. for instance for most days lunch and evening meals there seem to be a reliance on Pork. and few vegetables. but then on other nights the food was again first class. On the whole, it was a good week and would not hesitate to stay there again as long as the food was more varied.

The Arena Suite is a wonderful friendly small hotel perfect for couples. We found all the staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were great as was the food and the pool areas.

We found this a really good hotel. The biggest asset were the staff, they were great. Big, clean room. Good choice of food. There was cleaning going on all the time all around the complex. Would have no problem staying here again

Lovely little hotel, staff really friendly (as were the guests). Entertainment not top class but OK for the price. Jet2 offer the airport check in at the hotel too (love this option) Resort also nice and not too touristy.

This is not a 3+star hotel more 2 star. Rooms are spacious but was not clean on arrival curtains dirty and smelly. Bath worn and shower leaked toilet overflowed and bathroom full of cockroaches. Restaurant was average for all inclusive but staff were friendly. Manager totally ineffective and one female receptionist rude. Surprised at jet 2 using this hotel.
