Caybeach Princess

We stayed in a premium bungalow for 4 nights, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel and pool area were well kept, with plenty of space. We stayed in January so the weather was nice and hotel was quite quiet! We were bed and breakfast and whilst basic the breakfast was good! There was also a mini market on site for food and drinks! Whilst the hotel wasn’t close to the beach it was a 25 minute walk which was super easy to follow and was great in the morning!

Nice hotel,clean and nice rooms good pint but that's the only positives,middle of nowhere,kids club never opened,no entertainment,pool was always freezing cold,no inflatables allowed in pool,had to get taxi to playa del ingles every night,10 euro there and back,had breakfast 1 morning was pretty poor so never went back to restaurant in hotel,perfect if looking for a quiet holiday older couples etc but if got a young family don't waste your time or money.

5th time at the Caybeach. So relaxing and in the hub of everything with easy access to surrounding areas. Clean and tidy with brilliant staff. Highly recommended.Can walk to the beatiful Meloneras or get the free beach bus. Great shopping and food. Mogan by bus is fantastic with a boat trip back up along the ciast and great choices for food.37 degrees heat the 9 days I was here. Amazing place.

First time at caybeach 1st impressions really good.Arrived late on after 10pm 30 minute transfer. Reception open 24hrs got to bungalow 147 found it clean curtesy bottle of water in frigde which was welcome as nowhere open. Did breakfast in morning 7.50 euros each but found bacon thin and crispy +beans cold so was my first and last .complex clean+ tidy.pools lovely big one cold small one warmer .pool bar a little gem happy hour 12till1 and 6 till7 2.4.1 Natalia working there was amazing very friendly great at making cocktails and like I'd known her for years very good english better than mine .bungalows kept very clean by cleaner who did an amazing job. Caybeach to me is a bit away from restaurants and bars which is bit of a shame But saying that 5 euros gets you a taxi to playa del ingles. All staff are friendly would definitely go back .going to give it 3 stars just for not having a lot around ...small shop on site for basics

Needs some refurbishment, like the bed is falling into pieces, more than half of sunbeds are broken. Cold water in the kitchen to clean the dishes. Service okay, cleaning and changing towels at least every two days

We were pleasantly surprised by our one week stay at this 3 star hotel. The food was of very good quality and there was a really good choice of food in the buffet. Food was tasty and good quality and the staff really made an effort. Pool was lovely and plenty of sun beds. Bungalows were clean and comfortable and cleaned regularly. Would definitely return and recommend this hotel.

great area, bad for cockroaches, at the bungalows try not to get 201B, very small, this used to be a lot bigger but since the renovations the place did not meet up to expectations, also had to keep asking for the tv to be repaired as there were no English speaking channels working, in the end never bothered, only worked on the day we were leavin,

Vilas are clean and spacious great pool staff helpful pool bar has a good choice of drinks and food at reasonable price complex is about a mile away from beach and restaurants we like walking so this didn't bother us seek out the old shopping center called Fara 2 looks a bit run down but has great restararest. and bars and is only a 8 mins walk away

first class resort,all staff very friendly,chalets well equipped to cater for 4 persons if needed,swimming pools ideal for children, meals in restaurant very good excellent choice bus/s and taxis cheap.
