LIVVO Hotels Koala Garden & Aqualand Waterpark

Stayed here in April for a family holiday. Rooms were ok. Could do with being updated. Alot of miscellaneous stains on oretty much everything. Were in a room on the ground floor opposite the entertainment so it was loud until about 11pm everynight but we just joined in with the party. The biggest issue was the evening meals. It was all just very tasteless and bland. Nothing exciting except the chcocolate banana brownie! Overall, it did its job but wasnt exactly a 4* you’d expect hut i guess the price of it shows.

The hotel was very nice, not sure I would class it as 4 star, maybe 3 star plus (if there is such a thing) The apartment was specious and had everything we needed, but needed a few minor repairs. The complex itself was great, loads of space to chill out, enough room around the pools and plenty of food and drink available when you wanted. I joined in with aqua aerobics every day for half an hour which was fun. The food was good, but you could tell they were trying to use up the food by trying to create different meals which didn't always work. But on the whole I was happy with the food.

Ideal for a family break. Hotel is clean and entertainment team were great for keeping both kids and adults occupied and entertained. Restaurant and snack bar offerings of good standard (we loved the breakfasts), although there are quite a few stray cats roaming around the outside dining area. Staff do their best to move them on, but some guests encourage them with leftovers. Not much directly around the hotel other than a mini theme park (I’d say suitable for ages 3-12), but easy and cheap enough to get taxis into centre. We would go again.

After 2 years of lockdown and no holidays, I wanted to treat my family to an Easter break in the sun. I chose the Hotel Koala after my first choice holiday was cancelled and what a great choice. The coach transfer is only 30minutes which is a big plus. On arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly face and a clean reception, This cleanliness carried on through the hotel, whether it be one of the 7 pools, the pool bar, the restaurant, the rooms etc. The food was great, the staff were great, the entertainment was good. All in all, a wonderful weeks holiday with my family and I would definitely consider returning again next year.

This hotel was lovely and clean, rooms very spacious for 3 people, only downsize is the family rooms are the same size as superior doubles but with an extra garden space in front the pool so abit squished for 4. Food was fine and as expected for all inclusive, staff on reception and the bar was always friendly. Entertainment was entertaining for kiddies and finishes early enough so not to keep kids up all night. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

The trainees were so kind to my son that when we came home, he cried he missed them so much!!!! The were so fun and always dancing and playing games with the guests!!!! My son especially liked the trainee Tara! She’s an angel! Koala, give her a raise!!!! 😊

Had a great 4 nights in Feb half term, fab weather and no issues getting sun beds. Food was lovely with a great choice every day. There was a free bus once a day to the beach if you want a change of scenery. Just down the road to Holiday world. Lots of pools within the complex so you can choose to sit by a quieter one if you fancy

Very nice clean hotel. Lots of activities for the children. Nice friendly staff. Nice safe environment. No high rise blocks, safe for children. Good food. Only downfall is I eat Halal food and they don't cater at all for Muslims.

Stayed in upper room in zone two , which had a view of a tree , think it's only room with no pool view. Rooms not like the photos advertised with jet2 but adequate for our needs Netflix on TV if you have an account which was useful as entertainment stopped just after 10.15pm most nights. Could do with better entertainment. Food was a hit and a miss sometimes decent . Not enough staff in food area and could take a while to get food trays refilled. Bar area had food in morning then refilled in afternoon, only problem at night with one person serving pool bar and sports bar at same time. Pool areas were fine with the astro grass a good idea as there is a lot of young kids running around. Pools very deep for a family hotel. Grandson of 3 loved the water sprinklers and foam party. Staff worked hard and were friendly Not a 4 star hotel but not a bad hotel , grandson loved his holiday .

great hotel but just a little way out from all the entertainment and bars the grounds were lovley and the staff were supberb we had a great time there and will definatly be returning found a nice cafe just outside the complex too we used this as we are early risers and used it before all inclusive opened

Just what we needed. Everything at hand. Clean, friendly, enough food and drink, what more could you ask for. Nice and Quiet there was a daily bus to the beach if you wanted to go. Taxis are very cheap
