Maspalomas Resort By Dunas & Holiday World

Bungalows we’re lovely. But on the whole not a friendly hotel. Found the majority of staff very unfriendly unless you we’re French. Entertainment again all geared to French. Entertainment in the day tended to take up all the pool and was for adults didn’t really have much for little ones. Have been to lots of hotels that were all inclusive but had a lot of variety. Each day had a themes Mexican .Spanish etc but it was for lunch and dinner would just add a couple more items to dinner but you don’t really want the same for both meals. Free ice cream was awful but had the better stuff at meal times. We didn’t let this ruin our holiday but would definitely not return. It’s a shame as it was our first holiday since covid. This is the first time we have written a review as we were all very disappointed. Also not much around the area if you want to go for a walk but taxis were easy to get.

Had a good stay food excellent . Day time entertainment good . Evening entertainment poor . The shows were good but didn't start till late and only lasted around half hour . No other adult entertainment on . The all inclusive cocktails were dredful out of a machine . Pool areas spotless and always got a sun bed . The pools were well maintained throughout the day ,Lifeguards there all they time . All staff very friendly nothing was too much trouble . More if a family complex . The bungalows set in pictures gardens .

This resort was fantastic for me and my family. The fertilities were great as was the food and drinks. I would reccomend to anyone this resort. We will deffinitly be booking here again. Thank you jet2

Loved the food, the bungalows were clean and quite large and the staff were helpful and polite. On our arrival we were welcomed by the staff at reception who popped our luggage away and ushered us into the dining room as we were late but they catered for us. The food was excellent, great choice and plenty of it, at breakfast lunch and dinner. The snacks too, around the pool were very good. The bungalows we had were thoroughly cleaned every day and were a good size and always quiet.
