Cannot fault anything; Sarah are host was lovely; everything you need for a relaxing getaway ;only negative is hill, but there is a free courtesy bus.rooms modern,clean and have everything you need,pool area and bar lovely

Stayed here in November first time in apartment couldn’t have asked for any thing more in the room it had everything you needed staff extremely friendly food in restaurant very good only one thing portions very large you don’t need a starter well done to all the staff going back in March 2019 Carol and John York

Fantastic hotel rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, safe, secure and near enough to enjoy everything the resort has to offer but far enough away that you are not disturbed. Staff on site were helpful and accommodating. Free bus is a massive plus

I would day this is a 4 star hotel not 3 staff brilliant Sara customer service manager brilliant hotel very clean great spa sauna steam room just a great hotel our 2nd year there and will go back in 2018 thank you to all at hotel

really nice place was self catering. 20 minute walk to beach, get taxi back was 4 euro Apartment was lovely. Close to sian park and would recommend . Entertainment did not look all that but great bars near beach.

Excellent accommodation but very hot in the evening making it hard to sleep. Air con would have been better than the ceiling fans which just moved the hot air around the bedroom. The quality of the apartment was excellent

I booked this hotel because of the great reviews and I'm so glad I did, it was clean and everyone was so friendly, even though the sunbeds got filled up quite fast there were the beds round the corner from the pool that we could lounge on (really comfy) yes it is up a hill me and my partner never attempted to walk it but there is a free bus all day till around 6pm and you can get a taxi for around £4 Euros from beach

Ideal for family , couples in need of a total chill out.Bit way out of hustle and bustle of centre but with free courtisy coach each day all day not a problem, 4 different areas drop offs- Las Americas-Los Christianos-Del Duquie and Country Club

Great place to stay, staff great pool great chill out area great. Entertainment was good, restaurant nice Only problem was the du loungers being saved with towels on them and no body on the beds for hours later

Thank you Karen and the team for an excellent week, very frienly and welcoming from start to finish. Very clean in all areas. Made my mums day that you took the time to give her a birthday card, bottle of champagne and even sang happy birthday to her. Rooms were clean comfortable and private. Food was excellent with lots of activities during the day and an excellent line up of entertainment at night. We will definitely be coming back once again a massive thankyou

We were unsure about what these apartments were like, in as much as we wondered about the steep hill that everyone talked about, and the fact that these apartments were at the top! We are fit enough to manage steep hills and are used to them, and this was not a problem, albeit we did stop half way sometimes for a drink. The actual apartments were superb. The pictures on the website were totally accurate (for once) and if we had been self catering we had everything in there we could possibly have needed. The kitchen was fitted out as well as ours at home! The view from our balcony was gorgeous, and we didn't even request a sea view, but got one. We were on half board, and the food was really good. The choice of evening meal was kind of the same throughout the week, but everything on the menu was spot on. We always went out after the evening meal anyway so this was a good starting point for us. This was our first trip to Costa Adeje and we have since returned there, a few weeks ago. The staff couldn't do enough for us and I can recommend these apartments for anyone who is happy with a small complex as opposed to the massive, all singing and dancing hotels also found in this part of Tenerife. We have also stayed at the Costa Adeje Gran which was good in a totally different way, but the style and location of the Regency Torviscas Apartments really appealed to us and we would be happy to return there.

excellent apartment friendly &efficient staff,courtesy bus was a godsend to get up that very steep hill.bar was being refurbed whilst we were there so did not use it.cooking and storage facilities were second to none,balcony furniture very comfortable,reported one reclining chair was broken. it was replaced next day .

Nice friendly room superb. kids club bit poor food excellent No air condition they have fan .. Staffs very friendly .. pool very clean and overall it very clean place . It very steep hill walking back and we used taxi cheap only 4 euros..depending .
