Unfortunately, due to circumstances out of our control, the accommodation you booked for your holiday is no longer available. We know how much you’ve been looking forward to a well-deserved getaway and we’re sorry you don’t want to go on holiday anymore. If you’ve changed your mind and you’d still like to go away, please fill in the alternative accommodation form using the link in the email you received.

Once you’ve submitted the form, we’ll be in touch as soon as we can to confirm the cancellation of your booking, so there’s no need to ring us. We’re working in departure date order, so please be patient with us while we do this.
