This hotel is in a perfect location, the breakfast is excellent and the staff are friendly and welcoming. There are tea and coffee making facilities on every floor and the building is full of charm and history. Would definately stay again. A location overlooking the canal is best.
I returned to Venice after over 10 years and it was more beautiful than I remember. Fabulous architecture, wonderful food and hospitality, amazing views, fantastic savings on proper designer goods and enjoyed the most amazing firework display last Saturday night. No drunks and everyone had the most amazing time.
We were very impressed with all aspects of the Hotel Saturnia. We booked a superior room and got just that - comfortable big double bed with clean bed sheets every night, super bathroom with bathrobe and slippers provided, all tastefully furnished and very clean. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is quiet although in a central location near Piazza San Marco. Fabulous holiday, wonderful memories - Viva Venice!
Very good location close to St mark's Square and on a main designer shop street and close to water bus "vaporetto" stop. As it is close to the heart of the main historical buildings, you can visit before the hordes arrive and nip back to hotel for a rest when needed. The staff are excellent, very friendly and attentive.
I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my 2 daughters. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and well furnished. breakfast in the hotel was first class. there is also a lovely bar to have a night cap in before bed time. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
First class service from the staff. We had a problem with mosquitos in the bedroom, we mentioned this at reception and they put a machine with tablet in straight away. The room was comfortable, and tea making facilities were available on the corridor just across from our room. Friends who had stayed previously at this hotel told us of a roof terrace on the 4 th floor which we made use of one day when we came back early. This is not publicised in the hotel, but when we asked how to get to it they told us to take the lift to the 4 th floor. The situation of the hotel was perfect for getting around, a short walk from St Marks square, easily accessible. We didn't eat in the hotel, to expensive for us, but the choice at breakfast was good. There are so many restaurants in Venice that it made eating out at night an enjoyable experience.

Wonderful staff, atmosphere, location, and amenities! The included breakfast is fantastic. The onsite restaurant is delicious with outstanding service!
Please note: if you book a transfer for Venice City this will be by water taxi. The water taxi will take you directly to your hotel if it has a private pier depending on tides. For those hotels without a private pier or during times of low tides, the water taxi will take you to the nearest available dock and you will have a short walk to your hotel. The transfer will take approximately 35-45 minutes per way. Upon arrival a representative will be waiting for you and will take you to the airport dock to get the water taxi. For the return transfer, please ask at the hotel reception for the pick-up time at least 24-hours prior to your departure flight. If taking a private transfer, there is a distance of 950m from the boat dock to the check in area, much of which is assisted by a moving walkway.

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
