Stayed at this hotel on the 22nd September 22 It’s a very short walk from San Zaccaria water bus stop but we did take a little time trying to find as the hotel signs are small and hard to see, if your stood on the canal bridge it’s directly in front of you . We had room 3007 on the top floor with all wooden roof beams exposed and illuminated it was a beautiful large room with a great attached on suite, both room and bath room were immaculately clean. All the staff were very helpful and polite and willingly offered there local knowledge to enhance your stay. We included breakfast which was magnificent and brilliant value for money, the choice was extensive and a really good fill before exploring Venice We ordered a breakfast bag meal as we had an early start and flight, was disappointed with this to many unpractical items jars of jam etc we had to try to make the most of we could. A packet of sandwiches or a filled roll would have been much better with a breakfast bar The only other thing that could have made my stay better was a kettle in the room to make a drink, there was coffee machine with one milk and one small espresso pod each, far to small and strong could have done with a tea bag. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it
100% would recommend to anyone visiting Venice. Perfect location for food and drinks and a 5 minute walk into St Marks Square. Hotel staff super helpful, when we arrived the women on the desk gave us a map of Venice with all the information needed from where best was to visit aswell as places to eat and the cost of getting to certain places. Hotel provide Gondola service with a reduce fee as well as arranging water taxis for the airport ride home.

Please note: if you book a transfer for Venice City this will be by water taxi. The water taxi will take you directly to your hotel if it has a private pier depending on tides. For those hotels without a private pier or during times of low tides, the water taxi will take you to the nearest available dock and you will have a short walk to your hotel. The transfer will take approximately 35-45 minutes per way. Upon arrival a representative will be waiting for you and will take you to the airport dock to get the water taxi. For the return transfer, please ask at the hotel reception for the pick-up time at least 24-hours prior to your departure flight. If taking a private transfer, there is a distance of 950m from the boat dock to the check in area, much of which is assisted by a moving walkway.

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
